Torture Report: Former CIA Directors Say Interrogation Program 'Saved Thousands of Lives'
ABC News ^ | December 9, 2014 | By JONATHAN KARL and LUIS MARTINEZ

Six former Directors and Deputy Directors of the CIA fired back at the Senate Intelligence Committee with a vehemence almost never seen in the intelligence world.

The former CIA leaders -- including George Tenet, Porter Goss and Michael Hayden -- blasted the Senate report as “one-sided and marred with errors” and called it “a poorly done and partisan attack on the agency that has done the most to protect America after the 9/11 attacks.”

Their 2,500-word rebuttal was posted as an op-ed on the Wall Street Journal website once the report was released. The former intel chiefs are also launching their own website to respond to the attacks on CIA’s post-9/11 activities.

She’s a cornered rat, doing this, but who’s cornering her? Does her husband have some ‘investments’ that got caught up in Benghazi?

Dear CIA,

I want you to know that I am not concerned at all with whatever techniques you use on muslim terrorists.

Not even a little bit concerned.

Carry on.

Mostly forgotten now, was the massive trashing of our Intelligence agencies during the Carter years. Carter did achieve results though. He destroyed some of our capabilities.

When things went south in Iran, Carter had very little intel with which to make wise decisions. Not that it would have helped him any, ignorant fool that he was, but perhaps others could have gleaned information if it had been there.

Thanks Jimma...

Every so often, the Left does this all over again.

All it does is hurt the nation. That’s all it’s supposed to do.

Just for once, I’d like to see the concern for the safety of the United States and it’s citizens given top priority in Leftist circles in the U. S., rather than some bleeding heart sympathy campaign for those who behead our citizens and attack our homeland.

Feinstein and co act all charged up about this, but then give secrets away to our enemies.

They seem to forget that back after 9/11 many of them supported this.
Now if their kids were kidnapped and one kidnapper had been caught and knew the location of the kids then I guarantee that Feinstein, bozo and co would say use what ever you need to get the info and save my kids from dying.

No way would bozo ever let his kids be killed in 24 hours if he knew he could get info off a terrorist or kidnapper to save them.

right. We must be sensitive to these people as we kill them with drones. actually that will be their next move to essentially shut down the military. I mean if you can’t sleep deprive the enemy then why even have a military?

I have no problem with gathering intelligence from those we are at war with, either officially or not. I have no problem with how this intelligence is gathered.

As long as the goal is intelligence and not sadistic pleasure, please continue with the "enhanced interrogation" techniques. Please use the techniques that get the most accurate information.

And the commie ‘RATS in Congress have caused the deaths of more American military personnel than has been caused by all of our enemies combined.

Hopefully, someone at the CIA will be pi$$ed enough to leak who Obama really is, and his shady past. If anyone would know this poser is, it would be the CIA.
