Breaking Report: DOJ Is Threatening #Ferguson Prosecutor With Bias Order Over No Indictment

The Department of Justice is allegedly wreaking havoc by threatening the Ferguson prosecutor with a bias order, Gotnews.com has learned.

An officer who wishes to remain anonymous went on to say that the national guard was called to stop rioting brought on by the DOJ.

“That’s the REAL reason the national guard was called. When the governor found out about the bias charge by the feds,” the officer told Gotnews.com.

Suggestion: If this is true, the prosecutor needs to go back to the GJ and request an indictment of whoever issued such a threat.

In the Grand Jury process....the prosecutor is key to any conclusion (going either way). The curious thing is that NO federal guy can sit in the room or judge what is being said in front of the Grand Jury. Nor can the fed guy ask the Grand Jury questions unless some judge over this episode decides to invite them into the room to ask for comments. I’d be curious what the judge has allowed to occur.

If the fed guy or DOJ guy got the judge’s permission...the whole process, I think....is TAINTED. There can be no clear end to the process. So the question remains...did the judge do something stupid and just turn this into a circus?

The left is trying like crazy to 'democratize' the court system by dumbing it down into a 'court of public opinion' instead of a proper court of law [the former would be vastly easier for them to manipulate]. It is also the way 'democracy' works; i.e., he who shows up first and screams the loudest gets their way automatically. This isn’t just about this case. The prosecutor is a democrat, but they are going to make an example of him. Obama, Holder, and the leftist, fascist elitists know the truth and that there will be no indictment but they make more use of it by the intimidation. Next time for one of these incidents fewer people will do what is right because of fear of the corrupt rulers. Just like the IRS, or the EPA, BLM(Bundy), the media(Attkisson, Rosen, et al). Or did the administration "threaten" the judge? Many here can say what they want, but I still think Supreme Court Justice Roberts was "threatened."

The level of thuggary this administration engages in is incredible. Sadly, very sadly even the Democrat Party is complicit to it. I am sure there are parts of the Republican Party just as mired in it as well.

There is no law, only thugs and mobs. How long we can go on with this percolating so close to the surface is anyone's guess. WE can vote for and maybe even elect the right person(s), but unless the other party can remove the timber from their own eye, our Nation remains at risk. This won't be fixed until the Democrats have a Tea Party of their own.
