BREAKING: #Ferguson Law Enforcement Told To Show Up Sunday Morning For Indictment News

"In Ferguson prosecutor [Robert] McCulloch got no indictment call weeks ago but has not announced because DOJ find biased behavior by him,” says a St. Louis-based cop.

“He knows as soon as no indictment is released they will pounce on him.”

“He’s having a hard time releasing because at this point he can either save Darren Wilson or himself,” the officer noted."

In the Grand Jury process....the prosecutor is key to any conclusion (going either way). The curious thing is that NO federal guy can sit in the room or judge what is being said in front of the Grand Jury. Nor can the fed guy ask the Grand Jury questions unless some judge over this episode decides to invite them into the room to ask for comments. I’d be curious what the judge has allowed to occur.

If the fed guy or DOJ guy got the judge’s permission...the whole process, I think....is TAINTED. There can be no clear end to the process. So the question remains...did the judge do something stupid and just turn this into a circus?

I am now officially disgusted.

A prosecutor is being threatened, along with the Grand Jury, and go figure, this is being made into more than what it really is.

It’s not worth being in law enforcement anymore...not with the current administration in office...Wow, look at how far we have fallen as a nation...to allow such people into office - not once, but twice!

I hope the officer gets off - and can move on - and rebuild...

I hope the same for the US -

The prosecutor should resign and hold a press conference saying he was unfairly pressured by Federal authorities and could not reach a measured decision.

Shine a light in the dark corner.

The officer being quoted is clearly hostile to Wilson. Is he one of the black policemen in Ferguson--or a fake cop?

I'm not sure what a "bias order" amounts to in legal terms.

If this is true this is one of the most outrageous things Holder has done (not that the media will report it or find fault with it), but we should wait for confirmation before assuming it is true. Unfortunately with Holder's record it could be true.

Every honest person needs to stand up to Obama’s goons in their time and turn.
