And I also did so — reluctantly. There are some on this forum who tried to convince people that Romney was just as bad as Obama and that sitting out would be a good idea. They were fools then and are fools now. Obama is fomenting another civil war.

I am racist

After the past eight years, I really don't care if anyone calls me racist or not. The punk POTUS, Holder, and thuggery element has gotten me that way.

If this is true...

I agree, it’s not like he has made decisions based on racial grounds in the past.

On your observation — Given the way the Justice Department operates, is it conceivable that the feds have NOT: bullied their way into the GJ room and process, bugged the room, manipulated the judge, and/or identified and threatened the jurors? The jurors have to fear that their identities will be revealed to the media and screaming mob, that a “no bill” will be an excuse for riots and murder, and compromise their own lives and families permanently. The process is biased for indictment already, for it would take substantial courage and integrity not to indict.

General thought — The threat of accusing the prosecutor of bias hangs in the air; it seems superfluous for the feds to risk being caught by literally pronouncing it. IMO, the GotNews? story is someone’s attempt, using the old “anonymous source”, to draw attention to exactly what you focused on: federal corruption of the Grand Jury process.
Unfortunately, what would be done if gross corruption is exposed? Precisely nothing.

I've an older cousin whose son lives about a mile from downtown Fergadishu.

He reports that for the past week there have been choppers traversing the area practically nonstop.
Adding to the fun, the attached megawattage searchlights are sweeping everyone's property all night long.

“I’m recalling this Charles Johnson guy popping up on FR in the past in association with a controversial matter because I questioned his credentials and believability at the time, but I don’t recall how reliable he turned out to be”

This guy has been pretty on-the-spot.
He had the names of both Ebola-infected nurses, and Eric Duncan, in Dallas a full 24 hours before the mainstream media did.

The mod angrily deleted the GotNews thread I posted that named Nina Pham as the infected nurse that evening, only to wake up the next morning and hear CNN repeating the same name.

If there are riots around the country and properties are being destroyed, it would be poetic justice for the rioters to begin in Malibu and West L.A. to take out the property of the parents of these children:

The prosecutor should resign and hold a press conference saying he was unfairly pressured by Federal authorities and could not reach a measured decision.

Shine a light in the dark corner.

Now you know why Obama’s minions keeps throwing around the term “prosecutorial discretion” and getting it into the public discussion.

He’s really guilty but the prosecutor has used “prosecutorial discretion” that he not be charged.

It’s a white conspiracy don’t you know.

Thanks to all the people who sat on their hands in 2012 on the theory that Romney would’ve been just as bad

If E Warren(D MA) were to be elected pRez, I would be called anti Indian

I am now officially disgusted.

A prosecutor is being threatened, along with the Grand Jury, and go figure, this is being made into more than what it really is.

Eric Holder and Al Sharpton have close connections to Mike Brown Atty Ben Crump.

Crump, Sharpton and a quite a few other Holder friends and associates, including possibly Eric Holder himself, huge financial interest the Grand Jury returning an unjustified indictment on Officer Wilson.

If the Grand Jury does not indict, then the shooting by Wilson is going to go on the books as a good shooting and justified homicide.

That means no massive out of court wrongful death financial settlement with the deep pockets Missouri government brokered by a weak Democrat Governor who is an Obama lackey in Eric Holder's pocket.

If Wilson gets indicted, Crump gets his standing for a wrongful death civil suit , which is a joke given the evidence, but with the riots and violence (conveniently organized and stirred up with the help of the Obama Administration's DOJ and Eric Holder) there will be a rapid out of court settlement for tens of millions of dollars for Crump and his “associates” to “give justice to Big Mike” and to buy peace with the agitators and rioters from Crump, Eric Holder and Obama.

The Race Hustlers of the Black Grievance Industry have very complicated and non transparent financial webs to hide where the money from these racial shake downs go and to whom it is distributed and Eric Holder is an old hand in the shake down game and an associate of Ben Crump.

Holder and/or close Holder associates very possibly have a financial stake in intimidating the Grand Jury and the Prosecutor into passing down totally unjustified bogus indictment for their own financial gain from the wrongful death Civil Lawsuit Crump will file the minute the indictment is announced and which will promptly settled for a huge sum of money for “the good of the public and to prevent riots”

The Brown fiasco has all the hallmarks of of a DOJ manufactured inside - outside from the bottom up to top down operation where Crump acts as false outsider community organizer of a “grass roots” problem and Eric Holder provided the top down Governmental/Media power and response to the phony astro turfed grass roots issue.

The officer being quoted is clearly hostile to Wilson. Is he one of the black policemen in Ferguson--or a fake cop?

I'm not sure what a "bias order" amounts to in legal terms.

If this is true this is one of the most outrageous things Holder has done (not that the media will report it or find fault with it), but we should wait for confirmation before assuming it is true. Unfortunately with Holder's record it could be true.
