The odds of him appointing "sane RABID RIGHT WING justices" are not only ZERO, but he is so childish that he will continue to nominate insane RABID LEFT WING justices even at the expense of getting no one approved. He will also veto any new bills to do most of the other things on your list and there are not 2/3 majorities in either house to override his vetoes.
