Grandmother Hillary Clinton, 67, is vying to become one of the oldest world leaders in history. In order to achieve that goal, however, she may have to defeat a slate of Democratic challengers who are even older than she is.

Democratic leaders in Congress, meanwhile, are also very old. House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi will be 76 years old in 2016. Senate Minority Leader Harry Reid will be 77.

That’s really hard to say. Think back to 2006/7 in the run up to the 2008 election. Who in the h3ll here, or anywhere really, would have put up Barack Hussein Obama as a viable candidate.
This whole process is a cabal-ish mix of moneyed interests, power factions, and political ideologies of the real power brokers. There are probably a few unknown candidates who would fit this black/Hispanic-female-as-president meme. Just hasn’t been determined yet that is what he/she will be.
To be sure, the democrats have plenty of black and Hispanic officeholders at lower levels, but they are mostly products of in-bred ethnic machine politics and turn off most voters outside their own gerrymandered districts.

There could be a few others such as Herman Cain (70), Michele Bachmann (69), Mike Pence (57), Mitch Daniels (67), John Kasich (64), Allen West (55) who might throw their hat in the ring in order to enhance name recognition or be considered as VP candidates.
The same was true of BJ Clinton in 1992; many more serious contenders sat it out assuming the Dem candidate would lose to Bush I, and Clinton was a relative nobody.
Michele Bachmann (Born: April 6, 1956) will be 60 in 2016, not 69.
Michelle Bachmann is in her late 50s, not 60s. And looks better than most in their late 40s.
so how will Hillary walk the stages of her 2016 debates without a cane? by the time she’s debating Cruz, odds are she will need a cane, maybe Bill will assist her to the podium all three times?
