The Environmental Protection Agency's controversial water rule passed a crucial test Thursday, gaining the approval of the agency's internal review board.
The EPA's Science Advisory Board noted in a peer review of the rule that there is "strong scientific support" for the agency's proposed Waters of the U.S. regulation.
The panel was reviewing the EPA's draft report on the connectivity of waterways around the country.

This is just one of several rogue agencies that need to be shut down. Until everyone starts screaming about it nothing will happen.
I think there has been plenty of screaming about it & most of it seems to be falling on deaf ears. Maybe the right for the EPA to exist needs to be put on the ballot. Then all you have to worry about is more voter/election fraud.
From the git-go the EPA was formed under the Nixon presidency for the purpose of giving the left a political bone to chew on besides/in place of Nixon’s dirty tricks.
Gads so my water run off will now be traversed by the US Coast Guard as a navigable waterway?
