The Environmental Protection Agency's controversial water rule passed a crucial test Thursday, gaining the approval of the agency's internal review board.

The EPA's Science Advisory Board noted in a peer review of the rule that there is "strong scientific support" for the agency's proposed Waters of the U.S. regulation.

The panel was reviewing the EPA's draft report on the connectivity of waterways around the country.

"The report should also clearly indicate that the definitions used for rivers, streams, and wetlands are scientific, rather than legal or regulatory definitions," the board wrote.

Do NOT pee on your lawn!

The EPA will imprison you...if they don’t shoot you first.

Isn’t this like a group of paedophiles voting to approve child prostitution?

So the EPA reviewed itself and found everything to be just fine with the new EPA rule that the EPA wanted to implement!

Imagine that...

I hope I can review my next bank loan that way.

What a joke.

The EPA is similar to a group of child-rapers, but with no conscience or morality. ;-)

Checked Topics, and Keywords, but found no “humor”, or “Satire”, so I guess this is real. Bet the Hill’s author wrote it with a straight face too.

This is just one of several rogue agencies that need to be shut down. Until everyone starts screaming about it nothing will happen.

I think there has been plenty of screaming about it & most of it seems to be falling on deaf ears. Maybe the right for the EPA to exist needs to be put on the ballot. Then all you have to worry about is more voter/election fraud.

From the git-go the EPA was formed under the Nixon presidency for the purpose of giving the left a political bone to chew on besides/in place of Nixon’s dirty tricks.
