Right, this nurse followed CDC procedures and it happened anyway. Airborne maybe?

It has to be the nurse's fault.

It can't possibly be Obola's fault.

Or redesign those protective outfits. Remember those protective bubbles for patients whose immune system had been to ally compromised. Reverse the process.

CDC: There is nothing to worry about, the nurse is at fault here, its impossible to get Ebola, move on people, move on

Well, since they’re not real clear about how it’s spread...

Bamsy’s going to have to break it to his West African buddies he met with unexplicably last month, that he’s just going to have to stop access.

Or he’ll have to do this later, after it gets more ridiculous.

One way or the other.

You see things like that in movies where they have an airlock with a suit attached on the other end. I think they might have bio-weapon labs like that.

The problem would be, they are expensive and all that. We have about 19 total isolation beds like that. nationally.

Obama has utterly failed in his primary responsibility to keep America safe. He is the Executive in charge and cannot pass the buck to congress or some bureaucrat. Obama owns this horrible mess. May he rot in hell.

I’d be curious if they were supposed to disinfect the exterior of the suits first or just strip them off. Since the germs are spread by liquids, any little splash could expose a person.

I certainly hope that she does not get a fatal case of this stuff, but right now we are all biting our nails about this, so to speak.

CDC guidelines call for Level 2 PPE (droplet protection), when this is a Level 4 Pathogen, where BSL4 PPE should be donned. As Ken Isaacs testified before congress, “this is a disease where if even one millimeter of skin is exposed, you will become infected and likely die.”

I am waiting for someone to challenge Frieden to take care of an Ebola-infected, symptomatic patient with a high viral load, employing CDC “droplet protection” protocols.

It will never happen. I saw pictures of him in Africa. He was covered head-to-toe, with no skin exposed, per WHO and MSF/Doctors Without Borders guidelines.

how can this be? Obama the wise assured us this is nearly impossible to get!

If someone in protective gear can get it, anyone can get it!

Obama is lying to us.
