New Fox News battleground polls show a Republican trend in the fight for the U.S. Senate. The GOP candidates -- helped by anti-Barack Obama sentiment and strong support from male voters -- lead in all five states: Alaska, Arkansas, Colorado, Kansas and Kentucky.
The races, however, are still far from settled. None of the Senate candidates has a lead outside the polls margin of sampling error. And none of the front-runners hit the important marker of 50 percent support from their electorate.

Yours is the most clear headed and well reasoned post I’ve read on this thread so far.
“Hopefully McConnell can lose but we get enough seats to still win the senate.”
I’ve felt that way in the past as well, but the more we learn about Alison Grimes, it’s more important that lying, liberal skank is kept out of there.
We are hoping beyond hope that maybe, just maybe they find their testicular appendages and realize they are not in a lock box and act with some fortitude, even if is it so send a bill to Lear Deeder that has an "R" stamp on from the House and the Senate and all he does is VETO it. That would be a start, but I won't hold my breath with some of our silly sisters we have in the Senate...
If Pat is up +5 then that’s more or less a 10 point swing, pretty significant. I’ve been hearing that he’s been down five points consistently for a while. Just wow and hallelujah
I am personal friend’s with the Republican candidate running for US Senate in Massachusetts, Brian Herr. He is running against one of the biggest POS in the Senate, Ed Markey, and he has no chance. I hope Kansas comes to their senses!
“Republican challenger Tom Cotton is up seven points over Democratic incumbent Sen. Mark Pryor among Arkansas likely voters (46 percent vs. 39 percent). Cottons lead is right at the polls margin of error (± 3.5 percentage points).”
No it’s not. His lead is 7%, which is 3.5 GREATER than the margin of error. Talk about your ignorant bimbette reporter.
Midterm elections tend to break late and in one direction. This seems a little early, but if it really is the break, the Democrats are not going to like how this turns out. I’ll feel better about it if next week’s polls reflect the same trend.
Ebola, Syria, Obamacare, Immigration. It could be a perfect storm. Voter fraud doesn’t work in that scenario.

Very good point. And you only mentioned a few things that add to the Perfect Storm.
I want the GOP to take over the senate for one reason - it will give Ted Cruz a national platform to run for president in 2016.
What about George W Bush?
Why did you feel the need to rant twice. I hope you understand now that the reporter is correct.
Remember Harry Reid.
Now if she could just encourage Mannes in Louisiana to gracefully withdraw to fight another time ... ?
President Ebola has screwed the pooch.
His CPUSA and moslem comrades thought they had the big takeover in the bag.
All hell is about to break loose, and the enemy within will be annihilated in the process.
moslems OUT!
marxists OUT!
