There’s no fix. The DA sees the case as weak and doesn’t want to pursue it but he knows it’s up to the grand jury. This happens literally every day.

The prosecutor has nothing to do with the grand jury aside from calling them to investigate. They are randomly picked by a judge every three months and deal with the cases that come to them.

Dana, I’d like to know how you know “the fix is in”? Do you have privy to the information being presented to the grand jury? Do you happen to know about some specific information that is being withheld from the grand jury? Is false information being presented to the grand jury? Has the grand jury been tampered with, e.g., someone is being bought off?
Because if you don’t know any of these things, then you’re deliberately casting unfounded aspersions on the legitimacy of the legal process, presumably to influence less informed people in order to foment racial discontent. BTW, do you feel proud of yourself about what you are writing? Do you feel proud to be deliberately fomenting racial discontent by the less-informed?
