A video has surfaced showing two witnesses' incredulous reactions to the shooting of unarmed teenager Michael Brown by a Ferguson, Missouri police officer.
In the video, one of the contractors standing near the scene throws his own hands up in the air and shouts 'he had his f****** hands in the air' minutes after Brown was gunned down.
Officer Darren Wilson shot dead unarmed 18-year-old Brown on August 9, in an incident that triggered a national debate on race relations and two weeks of widespread protests.
The men's reactions were captured on a cellphone-recorded video obtained by CNN.
One of the men, who spoke to CNN under condition of anonymity, told the broadcaster he saw Brown running away from a police car.
Brown then put his hands up and 'the officer was chasing him', he said. He saw Wilson fire a shot at Brown while his back was turned.
The other contractor said he saw Brown's 'brains come out of his head,' adding 'his hands were up.'
An autopsy commissioned by Brown's family concluded that he was shot six times, twice in the head.
It comes two days after a judge denied a request to release Brown's juvenile records.

I had heard the contractors did not know who they were looking at, that the person they saw with hands up was Brown’s buddy who didn’t want to get shot.
Other witnesses contradict this anyway with Brown turning around and charging the officer.
So, even though the autopsy showed he was shot from the front, these “witnesses” saw him shot from behind.
This contradicts all the other information, including the autopsy results.
Sadly,it *does* matter.
BTW, have you all seen the pic of wilson in the Hospital with his left eye broken and bloody?
If you are charging someone to take them down, do you do it with your hands at your side or behind you?
He probably did have had his hands raised to a certain level. His forward momentum would have been the determining factor for me.
Rush me after already assaulting me, you’re buying a dirt nap.
My brother-in-laws’ next-door neighbor’s cousins’ hairdresser’s aunt saw the whole thing and she thinks George Zimmerman did it. Or maybe Sasquatch. She’s not sure.
“Widespread protests”?! Looting and breaking things is protesting now.
No, but I would like to.
White devil bullets. They went by him, turned, and hit him in the front.
“My brother-in-laws next-door neighbors cousins hairdressers aunt saw the whole thing and she thinks George Zimmerman did it. Or maybe Sasquatch. Shes not sure.”

Best chuckle of the day.

How strange that this story keeps dragging on. It’s as if someone has a reason that they want people to still be talking about this in early November...
Or perhaps it will result in something like this:
Something terrible is going on right in front of you. You immediately whip out our camera, and shoot video.
So who do you chose to take pictures of?
Is it the police and suspect as it takes place?
Is it the police with the suspect already on the ground?
Is it observers such as yourself?
Something just doesn’t smell right about this video.
Observers are the last people on my mind in an incident like this, before, during, and after the event.
What interest do the observers hold over you?
The next day you say, “Hey, I was there! Want to see some video.”
Other person, “Sure! Who’s that? Where are the police? Where is Brown on the ground? GTF outa here you poser!”
Nobody but nobody is going to take pictures of observers, unless they are creating a moment to be passed along to influence people.
Autopsy shows he was shot from the front every shot.
Autopsy shows he was shot from the front every shot.
And the angle of the shots to the arms show they were not raised. And the fact that he was hit 6 times and only the last one was a kill shot shows he was not willing to be deterred.
Not strange at all. They will keep it going until they get the results they want.
