I was driving through northern Illinois last night listening to a call-in program on WGN in Chicago. People were calling in all upset about the goat’s head sent to Cubs owner Tom Ricketts at Wrigley Field.
Some guy called in from Indiana and said, “Why are you all so upset cause someone sent a goat’s head to Wrigley Field? Aren’t you the guys that sent a horse’s ass to the White House”.
It only makes sense. He’s fighting unemployment by throwing more people out of work.
Honestly, these people are dangerous (2008 GOP Presidential nominee, John McCain included).
“Moderate” rebels use a gentle left to right sawing motion as they cut your head off. Bad rebels use a brutal right to left sawing motion.
Maybe McCain can deliver them

The problem is that when Obama's first Democratic-controlled Congress passed the constitutionally indefensible Stimulus Program bill, Congress essentially foolishly gave Obama a blank check that Obama could do anything that he wanted to with, thus completely defeating the purpose of the purse clause mentioned above.
Note that James Madison had explained the purpose for Clause 1 in the Federalist Papers No. 58.
