In order for the global Caliphate to be fulfilled, the secular dictator Assad has to be replaced with Jihadist Muslims.

Correct. It wouldn’t be 30 days after Assad was defeated that the terrorists would begin fighting the “moderate” rebels. And Obama would give a speech about how wonderful the new emerging “democracy” would be.
I agree with that. Arming so called moderates in Syria is a big mistake. I cannot believe we would do that at this point unless we want Syria in jihad i hands.
