Actually, Obama probably dropped into Washington, D.C., in August--not the most pleasant time of year to visit the swamp that neither Virginia nor Maryland wanted--because he was getting his balls busted from every ideological point on the compass over his absence. Why won't he do something about the unrest in Ferguson and ISIL beheading James Foley?

The United States started with a federal system so that policy could be experimented with locally, and so could policy mistakes. The country also started with a limited government out of recognition that even saints wielding unlimited power will do much more harm than good by trying to perfect an imperfect world...

I know this guy’s point. My point in leveling criticism of the Clown is that too often Obama DOES insert himself.
He cannot do ANYTHING right, but he and his party are virulent against the desires and actions of individuals trying too exercise THEIR liberty. Obama attempts to nullify that, but cannot do a thing to stop his angry urban base from looting and pillaging? BS.
THE LEAST he could have done was angrily call out the mobs and tell them to cease. Why didn’t he? He likes seeing society unravel.
Author obviously doesn’t get what Rush was eluding to on the show on 8-19. He is MIA on purpose but is in full control.
We’re better off with him golfing.

He may not be “Mr. Fix-It,” but he sure is “Mr. F***-It-Up.”
So standards must be lowered for Obamalamadingdong because he’s stupid?

Reagan might not solve anything during these weeks, but whatever words or activities he shared with us, would much better fit the duties and responsibilities of the presidency, than Obama is, Reason is going to far to make their point.
The president is not to lie dormant in between concrete things that he can do, he is also a figurehead, and a symbol, a leader who helps set the national mood and spirit, and self image, and our global image.
Obama is a Nero and his fiddle is a putter.
Obama’s golfing is not itself an issue. Valerie Jarrett and the other Communist Muslims in the White House are running everything.
Obama golfs, feasts, and dances the night away in order signal that he CELEBRATES, REJOICES at the rapes, beheadings, and crucifixions of the kafir.
Libertarians are now advocating an isolationist policy within the homeland as well.
Surrender the border.
Surrender the cities.
