The kill shot was a back to front, proves he was trying to surrender to police. Lol. More than ample evidence for cop to be arrested.
When you run, you bend your arms at the elbow, and swing them to maintain your balance. That would orient the forearm to be pointed forward and a bullet striking from the front would tend to travel laterally through the arm. That's what we see in the autopsy results.
If you're stand still with your arms over your head, a bullet striking from the front would be travelling at right angles to the arm, striking the underside leaving an exit would on the back of the arm.
FWIW, a CBS analyst said this morning that nothing can be concluded about how far the victim was from the shooter without analyzing the clothing.
It may not be part of the autopsy but it is part of drawing conclusions from it.
How do you figure that?
One of the attorneys just said that that top of the head shot came out his sys..

trying to prove he was running away and shot in the back plus on his knees etc...
is this on national news? (I can see it local but know if it is on national news) Parks is saying that he was shot twice in the top of the head and that it proves he was shot with his back to the cop.

I think it is telling that a hack like Baden still ends up conflicting with the folks who hired him...
now the white guy is saying exactly where the bullet went in - only one bullet to the top of the head. Parks was spinning a small dot on the top of head as a 2nd bullet to the top of the head.
Parks has steam coming out of his ears right now.

No it doesn’t. He could have been shot as he was falling.
Cops are now taught to shoot practically their entire clip/rounds available. I don’t like that, but it’s true. It’s evident in this shooting.
On the other hand, if someone struggles with a cop in the cop’s car, with an accomplice, trying to get the cop’s gun and injuring (concussion, it’s said), that’s enough for a cop to use deadly force.
What would have happened if they’ succeeded in getting the gun or, when he turned and ran back toward the cop, he’d made it to the cop for yet another struggle?
Baden is walking a tightrope right now. He knows the truth and shuddering like a mad man.
