is this on national news? (I can see it local but know if it is on national news) Parks is saying that he was shot twice in the top of the head and that it proves he was shot with his back to the cop.

No it doesn’t. He could have been shot as he was falling.

Cops are now taught to shoot practically their entire clip/rounds available. I don’t like that, but it’s true. It’s evident in this shooting.

On the other hand, if someone struggles with a cop in the cop’s car, with an accomplice, trying to get the cop’s gun and injuring (concussion, it’s said), that’s enough for a cop to use deadly force.

What would have happened if they’ succeeded in getting the gun or, when he turned and ran back toward the cop, he’d made it to the cop for yet another struggle?
