There's some background audio on a posted video of a witness who said Brown tried to 'bum rush' the officer. The arm wounds are consistent with that scenario.

Seems Baden reach the age of senility. When talking he had to search for words or he rabbled off names irrelevant to the case and had to correct himself a “few” times. Also he needed a younger professional to assist him. Time for Baden to go home to his front porch and see the world go around from his rocking chair!!!
