The first few lines are enough. This is one of the major obstacles that blacks have. They use excuses and more excuses, and; so do many young white males and even some females now. I am seeing more and more white teens having babies out of wedlock and they are mostly going no where too. I am amazed at the total ignorance of so many young folks when asked basic history and current event questions.
Rescue them from liberal policies that have deliberately created a permanent poor, miserable, angry underclass.
Stupid liberals will never ever wake up to the reality that it’s their policies that have condemned urban black males to a life of poverty and crime. The police are always a convenient scapegoat but the finger of blame points directly at the Democratic Party!
The great society split the black families and took the fathers out of families, and there is not a father figure in a lot of these families...and gave them food stamps, larger apartments and welfare. Today we see the results and we have still lost the war on poverty, but we have lost 2 generations of children, black and white.. Can it be corrected, or will the government just throw money at it, and the people that need it won’t get it....
Black inability to govern well and a propensity for personal violence is a worldwide problem.
Every black nation or one that has a sizable population of tropical Africans deals with virtually the same issues we do.
Bermuda and a few other banking resort nations being the rare exception but even they have their areas
We can argue and parse why forever but until we deal with the reality and quit blaming the better performing demographic groups this will just get worse

The single biggest obstacle is the refusal to acknowledge that from A-Z black families have a problem and the subsequent attempts to hide those problems by burying the statistics, completely ignoring the statistics and making illegal in some ways to even gather racial statistics.
It all comes down to earnings power. Tatt’ed up black teens with grills and self imposed speech impediments coming from the food stamp mothers just aren’t going to be educated enough to make it in the real world. We know this to be true because White kids in the same circumstances have the same problem.
As long as they keep relocating anti-social misfits, I know I will keep relocating myself as far from them as possible. And when that's not possible, I will move places with taller walls and stronger gates. In other words, I aint living with them. Ever.
As Michelle Alexander has noted in her recent book, “The New Jim Crow,” the United States has one of the highest incarceration rates in the world; this seems to be a deliberate strategy to deal with black males who are frequently viewed as a threat to the social order.
What response would Ms Alexander recommend when dealing with Robbery, Rape and Violent Assault/Murder?
Blacks vote 95% for the people who enacted the public policies that destroyed their family structure and led to the problems we see.
Now the people who enacted those policies want more money and power and votes to create an even bigger government to deal with the fall out of the crap government they already created.
Democrats created “the hood” through their years of the New Deal, Great Society, welfare, and social programs and then wonder why there’s crime and corruption there.
Yes, lack of fathers is the major factor.
OTOH, there are plenty of successful blacks. Why don’t youngsters want to emulate them? The horrible culture of drugs and rap is the reason. Blacks pulling blacks down into the sewer with them.
Replace the incentives in the culture that once caused most black fathers to live with and raise their children with the woman that birthed those children. There is no better rescue plan.
The time for that has long passed. All one can do now is attempt to control or modulate it until a radical transition enables a total reset of morals, education, and government in this country.
Some years ago, some young male elephants were removed from their families and “raised” in another area, without any adult male elephants. The result: When the young elephants reached puberty they began killing other animals, just for the fun of it. We’re seeing the same thing happening where the fathers are not part of the young males growing up.
Let me fix this sentence: One of the major factors contributing to the stressful environment for young black males (and other minority youth) continues to be the persistent pattern of police harassment, misconduct and brutality toward by these youth.
The horrendous crime rate by young black males in and out of school (see Trayvon Martin) is the root cause of their problems. Give up the criminality and become productive citizens and voila, you problems "caused" by racism will disappear.
