I’m going to call this the “J J Video” because a sharp Treeper catches the background conversation within a video of the Mike Brown shooting scene. The video was uploaded by a U-Tube account “Black Canseco“.
The video was taken in the aftermath of the shooting, and judging from the comments attributed to the uploader -although he was not a direct witness- he felt the video was affirmational toward Mike Brown and the anti-police narrative.

In the heat of the moment do you really think the average street cop knows, or can remember, the sequence of shots? Once the adrenaline is gone so is the memory most of the time.

I think it's coming from the eyewitness account of Brown's accomplice in the robbery, but I'm not sure.
In the Andy Lopez shooting report out there in Santa Rosa the ME and Ballistics were able to determine which shots and which bullet holes came in which order and thus reproduce the crime scene.
So the officer here can relax if his memory is not that good.
He will have forensic help.
Most of the people in that video didn’t see a damn thing, the truth is what someone in the background, that DID see it says.
He claims it went down pretty much how the police said. Fat Albert....er...Mike rushed the cop.
So then why is Sundance posting this as if they did?

The FRFOTBP (Free Republic friends of the black panthers) are pimping all kinds of conspiracy theories. I was just informed (not showed) that there is a “version” of the security tapes showing that the jumbo thug paid for the cigars.
I don’t know how tall he is but Brown looked very large. I think he was about 6’4” and about 300 pounds. But I’m not sure what the cop’s size has to do with the story.

The only meaningful part is the voice in the background starting at about the 6 min mark.
The main person talking and holding the camera/phone says at the start that he didn’t see it, he heard the shots, then went outside.
Perhaps you can figure it out if you try.

They had apparently just had a wrestling match and they were evenly matched apparently.
If they were evenly matched and he had the color of law on his his side, then why is he bringing a gun into the match.
He knew that Brown did not have one.
He also had available to him a tazer and baton and back-up that he should have called.
SO why the deadly force of 8 shots.

I’d say this degenerate slob had his “hands up” (if he really did) so that they could “come down” on the cop. The bottom line is that he’s dead and will no longer terrorize the community. What a fool.

Right -- but at around the 5 minute part he states what he is hearing what others are saying on the scene -- that he was shot with his hands up and while on the ground.
Perhaps you can figure it out if you try.
Perhaps you should watch and listen to it again with both eyes and both ears instead of Sundance's selective ones.
The cop’s friend is the one who claims that the officer pulled his gun and then the wrestling started.
He had a tazer and a baton — but he went immediately to deadly force.
Seems so.
In the beginning I believed everything Brown’s friend said. But the more I read, the less I believed him.
Because Saint Mike had already proven he was willing to do anything to take out the cop. He attacked/assaulted the cop while the cop was still in his vehicle. He attempted to get the weapon from the cop. Size didn't matter. Saint Mike had no leverage in the window fight. Saint Mike then tried to run away. Cop gets out tells him stop, Saint Mike doubles down and tries to come back at the cop.
It was violent, charged situation. Saint Mike didn't want to go to jail for robbing the store. Saint Mike made the choice and died for it.
