He should be embarrassed, but probably won’t be.
I agree that there should be an arrest for robbery. At what point do you shoot people for robbery, though? Do the police have the right to shoot people in the back for fleeing?
If the perp was struggling for the gun, then the cop is in immediate danger. Shoot away. Once the suspect starts to flee, what then? Does the perp represent enough of a danger to society that he should be shot? Should he just be chased down? More cops called? Wait for him to show up at a hospital?
I hate punks and gangbangers, but at some point we have to decide whether we want Judge Dredd roaming our streets or Barney Frank.

As far as I can tell, the color doesn't matter unless someone wants to make it an issue. That the black teen was shot nine times while he was on the ground is criminal. Unless ALL abuses are treated equally, nothing will ever be done to amend the problems the US has with out of control officers.
This isn't a black and white problem. This is an us versus them problem that is occurring nationwide and fomented by whatever aberration in attitude has taken place.
As my mother would say, pull your socks up and deal with the real problem.

Similar to Brown, supposedly Bell tried to take the police officers weapon and ended up getting shot and killed. Unlike Brown, Bell hadn’t robbed a store beforehand. The Kenosha police department settled a federal lawsuit out of court for about $1.8 million to Bell’s family.

I’m a little suspicious about the timing of this robbery video. If Brown was a likely suspect in that crime, and that was the reason he was approached in the first place, why didn’t the PD say so all along? Something about this smells like a fat guy’s gym locker.
