Although its not conclusive, the picture police have released of Mr Brown laying face down in the street does not reveal any evidence of a back wound.

Everything needs to be examined. What distance was Brown from the cop? If there was a struggle, as it looks like there was, the cop could have shot Brown in the front and then Brown could have spun around as the officer continued shooting.

The facts are, we don't know all the facts. I certainly doubt the "eyewitness" accounts of a number of the people in the crowd who might have been friends of Brown or intimidated into giving false accounts.
