The headline makes it sound like we are striking what their artillery is targeting. I suspect this is not true, but suppose I would not be surprised if it is.

Obama’s main concern is to show people he isn’t much of a douche even though everyone knows that he is a giant douche bag..he thinks by going on TV and wagging his little finger that everyone will swoon over him..he doesn’t get that only the media swoons over his stupid ass
It’s actually from a law passed under Bush that was supposed to enable the President to order a more rapid military response to a problem, since the Dems had hemmed in the military to the point that the commanders on the ground were not permitted to do anything.
Obama, incidentally, had severely criticized Bush for making use of the law to do things like bomb the enemy in the ME. (After all, in Obama’s mind, there is no enemy there...)
The interesting thing is that, in the case of ISIS, it really wouldn’t have been necessary to use the law since I’m sure both Congress and the military were ready to go ahead long ago. But that’s typical unilateral Obama behavior.
