What 'small country' did Hillary Clinton lead?
The Washington Examiner ^ | 7-28-14 | Asche Schow

Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton said Sunday that she knows how difficult it is "to be the leader of a relatively small country."

Come again?

I know I’m relatively young, but I think I would have remembered President or Prime Minister or Queen Hillary.

Clinton made the comments on CNN's "Fareed Zakaria GPS" while discussing the conflict between Israel and Hamas and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin "Bibi" Netanyahu.

“I’ve known Bibi a long time and I have a very good relationship with him, in part because we can yell at each other – and we do,” Clinton said. “And I was often the designated yeller.”

Clinton said she would often call Netanyahu to tell him to stop expanding Jewish settlements in what the Israeli leader called at the time: “Places that are on the map of Israel's strategic interests.”

“Something would happen – a new settlement announcement would come – and I would call him up [and say] ‘What are you doing? You’ve got to stop this’ and we understood each other,” Clinton said.

How did Clinton understand Netanyahu?

“I know how hard it is to be the leader of a relatively small country that is under constant pressure and does face a lot of legitimate threats to its existence from those around it,” Clinton said.

Oh, okay. But again, when was she the leader of a country? She was the first lady of Arkansas, which last I checked was not a country. She was the first lady of the United States, but she wasn’t the leader and the U.S. is hardly a "relatively small" country (it’s the third most populous country and the third largest in square miles).

She was a U.S. senator from New York for eight years, but again she wasn't the leader of the state and despite what some from New York might believe, it's not a country. She was also the secretary of state, and though she was the leader of the State Department, that's also not a country and she still answered to President Obama.

So what "relatively small country" did Clinton lead?

“Even Jefferson said stupid things.”

Women make both the manners and the morals of a people. Neither rises higher than the gauge which women set in a community...Where a woman has bad manners, it always has in it an element of vulgarity which is more painful than it could be in a man. The result will be a society hopelessly vulgarized...with no end but to sink in an ever-deeper abyss of vulgarity.
Thomas Nelson Page, 1911

“Jefferson said stupid things and smart things.”

His statement regarding women and politics was genius. How far we have strayed from the wisdom of the Founding Fathers.

Women should not mix with men in politics?

You find these to be inspiring words.

It’s stone-cold idiocy and might have made sense two hundred years ago (not really).

Now it sounds like it was uttered by a moron.

“Women should not mix with men in politics?”

No, women should not mix in politics, period.

“You find these to be inspiring words.”

Please refrain from attributing to me views I have not expressed.

It seems so to you because you have been flim-flammed by feminist lunacy.

Scrape it off. Drag those leftist ideas out into the light of day so you can see through them.

There are many things that women can do, but should not.

Women don’t belong in politics?

Women are every bit as smart as men, in some ways smarter.

Believing they shouldn’t be involved in politics is less than stupid. It’s not about feminism. It’s about common sense.

Sad to see that anyone in 2014 still views life as if it were the Middle Ages.

“Women are every bit as smart as men, in some ways smarter.”

Which in no way indicates that they belong in politics.

“It’s about common sense.”

You haven’t thought it through.

“Sad to see that anyone in 2014 still views life as if it were the Middle Ages.”

People haven’t changed an iota for tens of thousands of years, much less since the Middle Ages. Things that were true of human nature then are still true today.

It's the penthouse atop the Clinton Presidential Library in Little Rock.

Workers landscape the Clinton Library Penthouse

NBC News:

Instead of bare concrete, the glass and steel building will be topped with strawberries, ferns, switch grass, roses and other greenery. “This is just an area he can come and relax in and just enjoy the view,” Clinton Foundation Facilities and Operations Director Debbie Shock said in a recent interview on the roof.

What does human nature have to do with the notion that women don’t belong in politics?

Boy, you really *haven’t* thought this through, have you?

My wife has a dental problem, and I have to take her. I don’t know if I will have the energy to reply later.

Just start here: Over billions of cases, with exceptions acknowledged, who can do a better job of mothering children than their own mothers?

And that imaginary experience will come in handy as she spends the remainder of her life imagining her presidency. Thanks afraidfortherepublic.

Oh, okay. But again, when was she the leader of a country?

Hey, Hillary was shot at once - at an airport - lived to tell about it. She defended a guy who raped a child - and laughed about the win. How many women could do that? (Thank God not many...)

AND Hillary discovered her husband wasn't whoring around when they were married... Nope, there was a VAST RIGHT WING CONSPIRACY after him - telling lies about him. And she found them and protected her husband's honor.

When Hillary was young she turned a ten thousand dollar investment into $100,000 in just 6 months by playing the stock market. That's impressive for someone who only studied markets for few hours.

Recently Hillary went from being DEAD BROKE to being worth 50 million dollars. So don't sell Hillary short... she probably did run a small country... she's just keeping it secret for now.

Have any of you seen the promos for a new SeeBS show for the fall? Starring Tea Leoni as “Madame Secretary”.

And they say she isn’t running. No way this show will be cancelled until it has served it’s purpose.
