You were talking about Judah, and then in the next sentence you switch to Israel. That isn’t coherent.
Yes, Judah is “blinded in part,” but Israel certainly is not.
Israel is who Yeshua was sent to , and who his apostles evangelized across the entire Mediterranean, and they most certainly didn’t drop any ball. They were persecuted for their faith in Yeshua first by the Roman Government, and later form the false ‘church’ that sprung from that pagan government in the mid 4th century under Constantine.
Israel is who are following Yeshua today, and who will meet him in the cloud at the end of the tribulation.
Israel isn’t just the ten tribes, they now include peoples from the entire world (those that sojourn with them as was prophesied over 3 millennia ago).
It will soon be time for Judah to join with Israel, as Ezekiel prophesied in chapter 37.

Who TAUGHT you this?
Some stranger with an agenda?
1/3 of the way...
I told you the prophecies are Torah. All of Torah.
No. Christianity is definitely a separate religion from Judaism. Christianity is open to non-Jews, does not ask anyone to convert to Judaism, does not require people to adhere to the abominations of Leviticus, does not require adherence to any Jewish holidays or customs... it is a new and separate religion. There is no indication in the OT that the prophets who spoke of a Messiah meant someone who would establish churches of a competing religion in the heart of Jewish territory.
So why are YOU wasting your time with believers?
HAve you nothing better to do than to tell us we are all deluded?
What harm can it do?
If we're wrong; then we've wasted a few hours of our life.
If you, however, are wrong, you'll be wasting a LOT more than that.
The book of Matthew was not written by Matthew. You can start with the Wiki page (I know, I know, but the point of Wiki is to follow the links in the footnotes to the articles cited.) Here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gospel_of_Matthew
>> “No. Christianity is definitely a separate religion from Judaism” <<

No, it certainly is not! (not from real Judaism as described in Torah)
Separate from the traditions of men, yes, but Yehova’s commanded worship has nothing to do with any human tradition, Jewish nor catholic.
>> “. There is no indication in the OT that the prophets who spoke of a Messiah meant someone who would establish churches of a competing religion in the heart of Jewish territory.” <<

And nobody has done that. You are stupendously misinformed.
John 3:9-18
9 Nicodemus answered and said to Him, How can these things be?
10 Jesus answered and said to him, Are you the teacher of Israel, and do not know these things? 11 Most assuredly, I say to you, We speak what We know and testify what We have seen, and you do not receive Our witness. 12 If I have told you earthly things and you do not believe, how will you believe if I tell you heavenly things? 13 No one has ascended to heaven but He who came down from heaven, that is, the Son of Man who is in heaven.[a] 14 And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so must the Son of Man be lifted up, 15 that whoever believes in Him should not perish but[b] have eternal life. 16 For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. 17 For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved.
18 He who believes in Him is not condemned; but he who does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.
Ah, so you have to get a Torah and a Bible and spend your life going back and forth between them hunting for parallels. No wonder so few people are going to Heaven. Do you have to play a Beatles song backward too?
sigh
Fine, give me the links that tell me WHERE in the Torah it describes those three prophecies. Or give me the chapters and the names of the books.
In what way?
Don’t be a wikipedophile!
Matthew most certainly wrote his gospel. It was the very first NT writing, done less than a decade after the resurrection. He was chosen by Yehova to do this because he was the only disciple that was literate enough to do it right.
Matthew was Cohenim, and quite well educated.
Wiki is the work of fools.
I won’t go down your quibble road.
Its all of it.
I'm sure you tell your students to read the lesson.
When you've accomplished this; we'll then have a little bit more material to work with.
I originally just came on here to see what it said about Bono. I always liked him. Then someone said that Christ was either the Son of God or crazy, and I thought, No, there's another explanation... then several of you came bouncing in to address me and I just got drawn into these conversations. But I have to admit, the more you guys talk, the more obvious the problems with it all are.
No one seems able to tell me exactly what the original prophecies about the Messiah were. And I mean stuff written before the New Testament. What exactly did the Jewish prophets say the Messiah would do?
Quibble road?
Because I object to your slaughtering of Yehova’s word?
You are a real piece of work!
.
AHhhh...
Far be it for Bono to inspire us to take God’s hand in this battle.
