This might actually benefit the GOP as California has a two tier runoff system. There is a GOP candidate with deep pockets who will probably run. If tons of D's run he will probably be guaranteed a top 2 spot.

Either way we lose. She gets ‘put in her place’ and loses. What do we get out of it? Go ask the Big Fella.

Will she win? I can’t see any GOP candidate winning the seat

I think you’re right. The guy who ran last time is running asgain if I remember correctly, and he got Waxman down in the mid 50s. If Fluke and some ambitious dem duke it out, this seat could be taken. I don’t think the Republican (or is it independent?) running is very conservative at all, but if we can humiliate condom-head, it will be worth it.

Really, all the GOP needs to do is link to Chris Rock’s stand-up about abortion protests. Just let the implication hang there about how the “women at these protests are f***in” and will appear to be targeted by hormonally-driven young men like Mr. Rock.

Factor in the morning-after pill and liberal activist groups, we've already reached that point as a sick excuse for a civilization.

Sandra Fluke moves to further her political career, proving once again that there’s no such thing as bad publicity.

I guess being a champion of “slut’s rights” makes her a qualified candidate....

Yes. In history, Waxman is a Fluke of the liver variety.

Her only qualification is that she faked being offended by Limbaugh. The left is desperate for a believable candidate.

Disagree..Actually, since a Dem is gonna win the seat..I want it to be her..she’ll hurt the party..just think of the bumper stickers with her and Wendy Davis...and even better, when she wins..she’ll be in position to run for Feinstein’s seat next time. As the Dems become more extreme, they’ll lose more elections..

Ever time I read something about this woman the same thoughts enter my mind. Does she have no sense of shame or embarrassment and what kind of a name is Fluke!
