Former Vice President and climate change crusader, Al Gore, was in Los Angeles yesterday

How did he get there?

Isn’t he flying around on private jets? What is the carbon footprint of that?!

What an assclown, This mouth breather never held a real job and he has lived of the sweat and hard labor of the amirican worjkers. his old man was a Klans man, He got 100s of million to fund an electric car that flopped. He is nothing but a hypocrite. Flying around in jets and burning more fossil fuels than an average family uses years. Typical Leftwing communist asswipe.

I will turn on some incandescent lamps and vacuum tube radios today just to offset Algores carbon footprint. If you take the huge leap of logic that assumes he’s right about anything, sometimes hastening the demise of some specific parts of the planet doesn’t sound like such a bad idea.

Did he mention that he cuts one diesel on the yacht and feathers the prop?

I wonder if Gore eats carbon-free food, as well.

Probably not. He looks quite well-fed.

I doubt his electricity is carbon free. I don’t think he has enough collectors. For Denver to get its electricity from panels they would have to cover the whole rest of the state of Colorado.

Gore and his tin mines are the biggest polluter in Tenn.

I use only carbon-free electricity. Have 33 solar panels on my roof, seven deep geothermal wells under my driveway, LED lights and highest-grade energy-saving windows, max insulation, hybrid plug-in car, etc.

Would be interesting to run a comparison of how many years would be required to pay off the embedded carbon incorporated into these high-tech and expensive devices relative to the conventional alternatives. Since all such devices eventually require replacement, it is not impossible their life cycle carbon cost is actually greater.

Why doesn’t he just remove his carbon footprint all together? Here in Oregon, he can even get physician assistance.

Gee Al, if you look at the amount of energy it takes to mine and refine some of the semi exotic materials in those new gadgets... oh and don’t forget special procedures and processes for safely disposing of or recycling them... vs the energy savings over their projected useful lifetime.... I haven’t run the numbers but, I strongly suspect you aren’t doing the world any favors, may even be a net loss when compared to a more mainstream approach. But then Al, you couldnt promote all this AGW and carbon footprint nonsense you are so heavily invested in, could you? Spare us the thin veil of philanthropy, this is all about money to you. A lot of money.

How much he has reduced his carbon footprint is of little interest. We only want to know what his carbon footprint is, compared the average American. If he started out with 100 times the average, and reduced it to 90, he is still an energy hog.

The energy savings of a mansion filled with LED lights is wiped out if he takes a hot shower one minute longer than the average person.

One cross country trip on a private jet wipes out years of use of an “energy efficient” car.

Jet travel doesn't count against your carbon footprint.

It's a perk the ruling class elite have granted themselves.

The easiest thing Algore can do to reduce his carbon footprint is to STOP BREATHING.

Algore is a fraud who, lacking a real personality, has become completely lost in his own con. It’s still a con, and Algore is still a fraud. He just doesn’t know it anymore.

A person’s REAL energy footprint is closely aligned with how much money they spend a year.

He’s Certifiable.. get the straightjacket.. what a loon.

everytime he exhales, carbon comes out in some form.

he could deny his own existence to serve his cause well.. and in a personal way, but NOoooo.. he needs to blow all the dough he raked in as a fakir.

gore, stop talking.. better yet, kill your carbon footprint totally, stop inhaling.
