WASHINGTON, DC -- U.S. Senator Ted Cruz (R-TX) released the following statement regarding today's vote in the Senate to invoke cloture on H.J. Res. 59:
"Today's vote by Sen. Harry Reid and the Senate Democrats to fully fund Obamacare was yet the latest example of Washington not listening to the people.
"Obamacare is a 'train wreck,' a 'nightmare,' to use the words of its Democratic author and a union leader who previously supported the bill. It is the biggest job killer in America.
"As Teamsters President James Hoffa explained in a letter to Sen. Harry Reid and Rep. Nancy Pelosi, Obamacare is hurting 'millions of working men and women ... and the families they support,' and it 'will destroy the very health and wellbeing of our members along with millions of other hardworking Americans.'
"Senate Democrats refused to listen.

Obamacare has nothing to do with health, or medical care, but has everything to do with INSURANCE.
Commie Obama couldn’t get his fellow Democrats to raise taxes on us, but he was able to force us to buy insurance from him at HIS Company Strore, at the point of the loaded Federal Gun.

It is as if the American people do not even exist or will not exist for much longer. Very strange.
Because the let it collapse caucus is composed of two types of people. Scumbag liars and stupid idiots. And both types lack any principles. Once implemented, like social security and the income tax, it will only be removed when this vial and corrupt government is removed. Look at what a train wreck social security has become. You have the same sense I do. It is that odd demeanor Obama had, that "Well, no matter what, I'm going to be re-elected in 2012" kind of thing going on. It's as if the powers that be, the ones in the know, know SOMETHING that will render the citizens utterly impotent.
We had Janet Napolitano telling her successor that something HUGE is going to happen, and soon.
We have lawmakers paying utterly no attention to what the public wants, lawmakers from both parties.
It informs me to prep a little harder, have a bug out plan, and see if I cannot survive what is coming.
