Eric has been worse than Albert who was forced to resign. Republicans are too worried about appearance and following the law. Holder is blatant about breaking the law. Janet’s raid on Waco violated so many constitutional laws it wasn’t even funny anymore

Give me a break. Elian belonged with his father. He was being falsely imprisoned against his father's wishes, even if they were relatives.
The methods used to reunite him with his father were most likely excessive, and I condemn the sitting administration on this point, but the kidnappers were given plenty of opportunity to return him and refused.
