Officials found guilty in Obama, Clinton ballot petition fraud:

A jury in South Bend, Indiana has found that fraud put President Obama and Hillary Clinton on the presidential primary ballot in Indiana in the 2008 election. Two Democratic political operatives were convicted Thursday night in the illegal scheme after only three hours of deliberations. They were found guilty on all counts.

There’s only one way this can be fixed, and it ain’t the frickin’ court system.

So now what??? These people go to jail, but it’s still business as usual because no-one knew for sure until now, some 5+ years later? Don’t get me wrong - I’m thrilled they proved this, but what does it matter if these things are not discovered when it matters? It’s not like there isn’t another person waiting in line to take these people’s place...

Massive criminal fraud. Wonder how may frauds are out there in the 2008 election?
I understood how the Kenyan - WHO WAS NOT BUSH - made it in 2008, but the one I do not believe was won fairly was 2012. NO ONE can convince me that the majority of voters wanted four more years of this Muslim corruptocrat.

Fraud is a liberal ethic.

Liberals and leftists in general see themselves as God's avenging angels. For them election fraud is just an imperfect means to a cosmically just end. Nothing is off limits to them and they can't be shamed. They are the perfect enemies of our republic because they hold the law in contempt. The law is beneath them.

I’m surprised too. It’s a small victory, but I honestly thought there would never be any reprieve, no matter how short, from this incessant bad news land.

and who isn’t suspicious of the Florida results of 2012? if it was an honest election, Romney would of won by at least 5 points.

In Minnesota, voter fraud is out in the open with Commie Mark Ritchie counting the votes and Lori Swanson running interference.

I have long said; voter fraud is Treason.

It is blowing up the very machine of our Republic, and our nation.

It should have a very harsh, and very unique punishment. We need a very strong deterrent to this all too common crime.

Anyone convicted of voter fraud should not receive ANY type of Federal or State benefit - ever again. No Medicare, no Food Stamps, no Social Security, no Medicaid, no pension, no Section 8, no TANF.

Nothing.

Ever.

Again.

Watch the first few sentences get handed down, and the reality strike the criminals in the face and in their wallets and purses.

The crime of voter fraud would be taken very, very seriously.

I would believe that the citizens of Indiana, no matter how they voted, have been harmed. Any citizen who voted in the primary now has (that all important, magical) “legal standing” to petition the courts as to the eligibility of POTUS.

The guilty parties are not capable of fraud because they are brilliant, intensely smart, enlightened, Progressive
geniuses who love mankind and who do everything for the betterment of humanity as opposed to those bible-thumping, gun-loving, knuckle-dragging, racist Christian morons, whot hate everyone and everything.

” t the one I do not believe was won fairly was 2012. NO ONE can convince me that the majority of voters wanted four more years of this Muslim corruptocrat. “

You mean it is not possible that Americans would lose the chance to remove Obama when they could have replaced him with a 65 year old, very rich liberal Republican Mormon?

Kidding aside, it is entirely possible that Obama’s ACORN-like thugs stole more than 500,000 votes. There is no will to stop voter fraud, and the left knows this....so they commit large scale voter fraud.

We have to find more, a lot more, we have to uncover their entire corrupt electioneering organization.

This should be a priority for Conservative and republican lawyers & investigators. Keep working at it, find out where their connection and leads are. Find out who taught them and who else learned from those folks and look for the same methods.

//////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////

Some doubt it but not Rip the Sawyer. I referred to it as a bloodless coup the next day. Of course I don’t really even know for sure that it was indeed bloodless but I am damned well convinced it was a coup.

It is hilarious to hear the left accusing the GOP of voter fraud. I grew up in South Carolina back when it was the “solid South”. A Republican was as rare as an Ivory Billed Woodpecker then, my pappy was certain that Republicans were to blame for every evil that has ever befallen mankind and yet he used to talk about the fraud that went on. He could only have been talking about Democrats cheating to beat other Democrats, there were no Republican candidates to worry about.

most likely means nothing. The state’s EV’s were certified and SCOTUS will not overturn the outcome. Nice if they get jail time but look for their names to be on the pardon list when Obama is wrapping up.

The people who were supposed to verify the legality of the petitions were the very people doing the forgery.

Sounds familiar. Obama made it onto every ballot in 2008 and in 2012 as a result of forgery, perjury, and fraud - with the help of the people within government, the political party, and the media.

But every judge who has been presented with a case has said either that it is nobody’s business or not enough was at stake.

Phenomenal.

When we watch the country burn in an American “Arab Spring” brought on by the communist-Islamist alliance whose coup put Obama in power, will these judges allow themselves to think - for a tiny moment, quietly in their own mind - that maybe more than $500 worth was at stake, and maybe the taking over of the whole world is SOMEBODY’s “business”?

My big pet-peeve is the early voting. Back before automobiles people used to still have very little issue with voting on election day. Fraud is now off the charts. Really, how much time do we need in order to cast a short vote?

Employers are by law supposed to give employees time off (what is it, two hours?) to vote on Election Day.

The polling place is by law within walking distance of a registered voter's residence.

The "progressives" will have the gullible public believe the evil conservatives have dynamited every bridge and rolled boulders across every road on Election Day and that it's a covered wagon ride of a month's duration to get to the polling place. Incredible.

The article states O would not have received enough signatures (minus the fraud) to be eligible for the ballot in 2008. The witness waited 3-4 years later to come forward. Had he come forward right away, O would not have made the ballot.

Wow

It seems the corruption in illegal voting fraud continues to grow with the evil democrat political system in charge
while the go along to get along GOP political party lying down to let them run over us and destroy our courntry. How can any one at all deny the fact that liberals and rinos are the same people and working together.
Personally, I am voting only for conservative candidates now and most are third party. I will not waste my one precious vote of worthless rinos anymore.

"Romney was not a great candidate but he was far better than McCain"

No McCain was the better candidate. Romney was more liberal than McCain.

McCain had a real energy plan.

McCain ran against Obama when the press thought Obama was golden. Romney ran against the most disliked president ever and still lost.

McCain was at least Christian and chose a Christian running mate. As such, McCain boosted the GOP.

Romney wore his magic underwear and chose a running mate that wanted to cut safety nets during the worst economic downturn since the great depression. Romney hurt the GOP and we lost a lot of seats as a result.
