SAN FRANCISO (MarketWatch) -- General Electric Co' GE +2.36% financial unit, GE Capital, is cutting off lending to guns shops, according to a report Wednesday in the Wall Street Journal that cited letters sent by the company to several gun shop owners. I’m fairly certain, though, that they didn’t quit lending to Boeing after barbarians used Boeing products to murder thousands in a single day.

When you next see a product branded GE, remember that it stands for “Go Elsewhere.”

So an industry has a product that’s more popular than buttermilk pancakes at a lumberjack convention or umbrellas in a rainforest but can only get funding through one company? Huh? What a laff riot! The only people they’re hurting are GE stockholders and if I was one I’d be at the next shareholder’s meeting at 230 decibels complaining about it.

Sure. And I’ll bet they are happy to give sharia compliant loans.

The irorny is that G.E. is one of the worlds largest defense contractors. They build & sell weapons of war.

“Jeffrey Immelt (CEO) wears Obama kneepads.”

To match his Obama Chap Stick. Immelt is the lowest of the low. He should be prosecuted, and GE should have tossed him long ago. What a disgrace.

That’s great for capitalism. You can boycott one company and another pops up. No biggie.

Dig deep enough and you will probably find that the Obama Admin asked GE to do this.

This is going to have a negative financial impact on GE, not the gun shops.

Being very careful to avoid GE Capital in the future. Dumped Google, Progressive, GEICO... who’s next?

But it’s ok to bring lawsuits in Federal Court against the Christian bed/breakfast, photography and bakery owners forcing them to cater to the fagots.
