“Big Brother” is here.
I like #4, it will disarm Eric Holder and most of the federal government.
Huh?
That’s It?
What a crock.
I predict the gun-control wackos are not going to be pleased.
Holder is now REALLY in trouble for what he done in Mehico!
If I search for AR15 parts on the internet or talk about guns here in freeper will I fail the back round check?
I don’t see any assault weapons ban on the list.... WHEW!
But then, I live in NY, which recently passed its own ban so this list means nothing to me.
So, if the government can produce a gun law bill so quickly........why can’t they do the same with a budget? Is it because the budget isn’t “for the children”?
Thats It?
What a crock.
That's my read, at least for now. I think that the extent of people arming up across the country got his panties in a wad. The only substantive thing his party will do is propose a renewal of an invigorated AWB, and when that doesn't pass he'll (drumroll)...blame the Republicans.
No ban on imported guns or ammo - he could've done that under GCA '68 (as unconstitutional as that POS is), and didn't...I wonder why?
This site has the truth and lies about so-called assault weapons and tells the history of the narrative to change the definition. Surprisingly it comes from Stanford Law.
Somebody please activate this link.
While gun prohibitionists portray the AR-15 as a paramilitary weapon owned only by a lunatic fringe, this so-called assault weapon is a modern musketthe default rifle with which law-abiding Americans exercise their right to keep and bear arms.
So he’s tossed the ball back to Congress. We’ll know what will happen if Boehner cries in the next day or two.
My thoughts exactly when I read #9. Does that mean we will finally have accountability for the fast and furious scandal? When is Holder going to jail?
WEAK.
21. Finalize regulations clarifying essential health benefits and parity requirements within ACA exchanges.
WTF?
While much is fluff, the trick here in some of them is finding new ways to disqualify people from owning firearms, via your doctor. Don’t think this isn’t going to be maximized, and don’t think doctors can’t make mistakes or err on the side of caution and your guns are taken without anything other than someone else’s opinion about you.
24. No American citizen will be required to trust a government that does not trust its citizens.
16. Clarify that the Affordable Care Act does not prohibit doctors asking their patients about guns in their homes.
