I like #4, it will disarm Eric Holder and most of the federal government.

Huh?

That’s It?

What a crock.

I predict the gun-control wackos are not going to be pleased.

9. Issue a Presidential Memorandum to require federal law enforcement to trace guns recovered in criminal investigations.

Holder is now REALLY in trouble for what he done in Mehico!

So, if the government can produce a gun law bill so quickly........why can’t they do the same with a budget? Is it because the budget isn’t “for the children”?

This site has the truth and lies about so-called assault weapons and tells the history of the narrative to change the definition. Surprisingly it comes from Stanford Law.
Somebody please activate this link.

http://www.assaultweapon.info

While gun prohibitionists portray the AR-15 as a paramilitary weapon owned only by a lunatic fringe, this so-called assault weapon is a modern musket—the default rifle with which law-abiding Americans exercise their right to keep and bear arms.

“DANGER, WILL ROBINSON!”

I spotted a bunch of extremely bad things in there, that were followups to gun control dirty tricks of the last 20 years. By the numbers:

1) Require federal agencies to use their numerous citizen databases to compile a *raw* national citizen dossier. Even the FBI’s *raw* files are farcical, containing rumors, speculation, and any number of lies. They would never use their raw files for any purpose, until the data had been verified. Other federal agencies have no such limitations.

2) “Oh, sure, there are *privacy protections* in HIPPA to protect citizens from government snooping at multiple levels.” Guess what? Your medical records are now public domain.

4) “Dangerous people who should not have guns including gun owners, veterans, and most especially Tea Party members.”

6) Why tell licensed dealers how to conduct background checks on peoples’ private gun sales, of which the dealer has no part? This assumes it will now be illegal to privately sell guns without a background check by a licensed dealer.

14) The CDC already created a ludicrous report about how good gun control would be, which was shot down by a previous congress, telling them to keep their political opinions to themselves. The CDC, realizing where the wind was blowing did another study that showed gun control laws were ineffective. Obama wants to change them back to being anti-gun.

16) The American Pediatric Association demanded that pediatricians in Florida ask parents about guns in their homes. If they refused, the pediatrician could refuse them service. If they said they had guns, it would be noted in their child’s medical record. See #2 above, allowing the government to examine anyone’s medical records. Florida passed a law saying that pediatricians couldn’t do this, but it was overturned by a judge.

. . . require federal law enforcement to trace guns recovered in criminal investigations [ignore this requirement if trace leads to the Obama/Holder Department of Just Us and Our People].

This looks like France in 1940 when they ask french people to denounce the jews to help the german army and show the german where the jews family live so they would not be so hard on us..they did.

Posted at Hotair:

“The state must declare the child to be the most precious treasure of the people. As long as the government is perceived as working for the benefit of the children, the people will happily endure almost any curtailment of liberty and almost any deprivation.”

–Mein Kampf, by Adolf Hitler [Publ. Houghton Miflin, 1943, Page 403]

FROM FR on another thread:

Citizen Informants:

In 1930's Germany, the new socialist government of Adolf Hitler (NAZI National Socialist Workers' Party) began indoctrinating children in the quasi-military organization, the Hitler Youth, to inform on their parents should they overhear discussions subversive to the policies of the Leader.

As the noose was tightened, local community organizers were appointed to watch their neighbors and were told to report subversive comments to the bureaucrats above them. Neighbors informed on neighbors, some for reasons of patriotism or loyalty, some from fear. A modern inquisition ensued; a terror to free thought and expression.

Increasingly harsh penalties were meted out to those who dared to dissent.

11. Nominate an ATF director.

Uhhhm, just trying to fill space, Obama??? I don't think you need to use executive order power to nominate an ATF director, I'm pretty sure as President you have the authority to submit a nomination to the Senate.
