So if Baltimore were to disarm their popos, the place would turn into a rainbow sanctuary for unicorns?

“Crazy” is putting the principal of Sandy Hook in a position where her only option to try to save lives was to rush an armed killer with her bare hands.

The largest gun lobbyist broke its silence on Friday, a week after 26 people died at Sandy Hook Elementary by a man with three high-powered guns.

Too bad he wasn't using "low-powered guns." Maybe more would have survived.

If gun-free zones make people safe, then let's declare a gun-free zone around the pResident and send the Secret Service home. It will save the taxpayer millions.

WhiteHouse.gov Petition: Establish gun-free zone around pResident, send Secret Service home

Does Miss Gladden not realize that cops carry guns?

Do Leftists actually have higher brain functions that are operational?

How do you have a discussion with Stupid?

"An automatic or semi-automatic weapon doesn't work for hunters and for all of those who are shooting animals for the purposes of food because it tears up the flesh," said Sen. Gladden

The stupid, it burns.

“They’re stupid. It doesn’t make sense to add more guns to schools. When you add more guns to reduce violence I think you increase violence,” said Sen. Lisa Gladden, (D) Baltimore City.

No Senator. YOU are stupid. You can not get off your liberal talking point “GUNS”... They are not talking about adding “GUNS” into the school, but good guy armed human beings, with the purpose of stopping bad guy armed human beings. If you would just grow up and stop being a sheep of liberalism you would understand the difference.

If armed guards are stupid and not needed to keep our kids safe... Then i guess we can save a ton of money in these tough economic times by pulling them from banks, airports, the president, Congress, other government buildings, etc - right? I mean, if they are not necessary to protect our kids, then they must not be necessary to protect these other things, right? Hey politicians, either you agree with the NRA and guard our schools, or pull all of your own armed security everywhere too. Any other course of action tells me, and all your voters, that you value your hide more than our kids’ lives. What’s it going to be mr/mrs vote-buyer?

You can’t have a reasonable debate with liberals when they are gripped by mass-hysteria.

Which shooting has been stopped by gun laws. Chicago and other eastern cities have become the murder center of the world and more people have been killed under gun control than in the last several wars.

With the growing membership and ergo power of the NRA—logical responses when our 2nd Amendment Rights are being attacked—these gunphobe politicians will face some well financed opponents come election day.

Election day is a long way off and they think folks will forget...the NRA won't.

Silly gun grabbers.

Talk about stupid! Under the NRA plan the guy with the gun at the school would be the good guy. Under Sen. Lisa Gladden's plan the only guy with the gun at the school would be the bad guy. What a moron. And to think these people keep getting elected.

Used to live in Fairfax County, VA, which has become a liberal stronghold thanks to all the government employees and contractors in the area. Amazing that there is a security force already assigned to schools yet someone would object to at least one of them being armed. Allowing at least one guard or other qualified employee, preferably with a concealed weapon, makes excellent sense to me. Keep the gun out of sight and what child is going to be harmed by its’ presence? Seems to me the potential benefit far outweighs political objections.
