When asked whether the House Republicans would permit or not permit funding for Obamacare in whatever legislation is enacted to fund the government after Sept. 30--when the current funding legislation runs out--House Speaker John Boehner responded that "our goal would be to make sure the government is funded," thus indicating that House Republicans do plan to fund implementation of Obamacare past Sept. 30.
Unless a special provision is put into the bill to fund the government past Sept. 30 that expressly prohibits funding specifically for the Obamacare regulation that requires health-care plans to cover, without cost-sharing, sterilizations, artificial contraceptives and abortifacients, the House Republicans, by funding implementation of Obamacare, will also be funding implementation of that regulation.

Boner needs to be replaced by Allen West!

Boner has to go! Replace him with Allen West!
Make it applicable to elected leaders, including senators, congressmen, judges and president. See it disappear faster than an ice cube on a hot sidewalk.
boehner and the leadership walk away from the fight because of two reasons:
1) They are scared to death of the mantra of a "do nothing Congress" and they despise being portrayed as "blocking progress in government".
2) They want to fund obamacare... they want to repeal it and replace it by tweaking it to build their power and influence and to take away those things of benefit to the dim party... IOW... they want the money because boehner and the gop/e... along with a pledge from romney himself... will be replacing obamacare with romneycare 2.0.

IF WE HAD TERM LIMITS this jerk would have been long gone.

> Why would “conservatives” abandon their principles and vote for liberal Romney but cling to there principles and not vote for their rino congressmen?
Because there is no third candidate.
We are being forced to choose whether we want cow poo on our shoes or horse poo.
Yes, and notice how the author merged her opinion with the short quote to make it appear he actually said this.
thus indicating that House Republicans do plan to fund implementation of Obamacare past Sept. 30.
At his press conference on Tuesday, CNSNews.com asked Boehner, In whatever legislation funds the government after Sept. 30, will House Republicans permit funding for the Affordable Care Act?
Boehner said, I expect that well have an agreement with the Senate on a CR [continuing resolution]. As you all know, CRs do contain some changes but usually not many changes. And considering that weve been fighting--the House has voted now 33 times to defund, to repeal and change Obamacare. Actually, about seven or eight of those votes have become laws, so there have been changes. But our goal would be to make sure the government is funded and any political talk of a government shutdown is put to rest, said Boehner.
So how are Sharron Angle and Christine O’Donnell working out for you in Congress?
I am almost physically ill.
I play racquetball with an oil and gas guy who has been a democrat all his life. 0bama converted him to the conservative cause, and he registered republican.
The Boren seat is stacked democrat, but I bet on the Republican winning this year. The Churches are all preaching the godless democrats.
I also play racquetball with a lobyist. He tells me conservative sentiment is stronger than he has ever seen. 70% Romney is not unrealistic this year.
1 Voting isnt working.
2 They fund it because WE fund THEM.
3 Dont blame Boehner, or call him spineless, before looking in the mirror.
Of course there is a third candidate and a fourth and a fifth.
Free people, when presented only with evil choices, create other choices.(EternalVigilance)
What you are really saying is that there are only two candidates that could possibly win and that you are going to vote for the lesser of two evils, allow me to quote again the cliche that, "The lesser of two evils, is still evil"
In 2010 we had a senatorial election here in Illinois, that had the typically liberal democrat running against, arguably an even more liberal republican, I voted for the Libertarian, not because I thought he would win but because he was pro life and pro 2A, which neither of the main candidates were. He didn't win, the ultra liberal homo Mark Kirk did.
There were arguments on those Illinois political threads just like what's going on now at the presidential level. I knew then and said that we'd be having these discussions again should, heaven forbid, Romney wins the nomination and by gollies, here we are.
Let me translate that into English: "We'll cast symbolic votes against Obamacare from now until kingdom come, but a real vote against it? Never. That would actually involve risk to the most important thing in the world. Our political careers."
These slimy stunts by the Treason Media trying to divide the Right almost always work with some around here.
Thanks for your post.
If there weren’t tragic consequences it would be hilarious to watch the Treason Media manipulate you guys. It apparently can make you believe almost anything.
What are the chances of getting Boehner and Cantor voted out?
you guys in Congress who vote to support Obamacare will be looking for work when your next time at the ballot box rolls around

That would be November 6th, just 103 days from now. I believe that if I was in Boehner’s or Cantor’s District, I’d vote for the Democrat just to get their RINO asses out of office.
Is it too late to mount an all-out, Grassroots campaign to get Republicans in Boehner’s and Cantor’s Districts to vote for the Constitutional Party Candidate for Congress? I don’t give a rip if a Third Party Candidate just pulled enough voters from Boehner and Cantor to give the Democrats their Seat.......SCREW THEM.
