There is a separate track developing on this whole Obamination issue that relates to the concept that the POTUS (as a person) is NOT above the law.
This theory implies that the POTUS can be charged, tried and convicted of a crime, but left in office. (A la Clinton’s obstruction of Justice.) Impeachment due to such behavior is a separate issue and remember that IMPEACHMENT is only CHARGING the POTUS with impeachable offenses. Any TRIAL takes place in Harry the Boob’s led Senate (at this time). (Remember the Clinton fiasco.)
So, (a) There is NO WAY that Ob would be removed from office (by the Senate) at this time with the “evidence” so far presented. (ie the case would not be strong enough to tip the balance in the Senate.)
(b) IF a case can be made, charged and prosecuted to and Ob is found GUILTY (ie that the Obamination has committed some felony with regard to his background), THEN the Senate would be forced to play their hand by common sense, following impeachment by the house.
It’s not going to be resolved overnight and not before November, IMHO. Someone once said that the wheels of justice in the US do grind, but they grind very slowly.
No way is Romney touching this. Not going to happen. He has made it clear he wants nothing to do with this.

The questions were written before hand. They could have had a picture of Obama in front of Nairobi Hospital with Stanley holding a Kenyan BC and they still would have asked the same questions and ignored the substance.

Stuff like this makes me wonder why there was lots of press coverage yrs ago when Obama spent time in Utah visiting with the Latter Day Saints. You know they maintain a kajillion boxes of microfilm in their vault. Wonder if he would have tried accessing & tampering with stuff they have on him.

I saw a tweet from a young lady the other day and she said she has learned more about Obama in the 30 days she has been on twitter than she has from the media in the yrs since he took office.
It’s easier to use than FR people. It’s where the young people are. Sometimes you have to go to the battle to win it. I can’t get to protests but I sure can learn to make a dent some way that I’m able.
Think of all the money that Hawaii owes the rest of the nation.
LOL, well that too. The problem is that the forger like most of Obama’s minions thought that he was a lot smarter than the rest of us. This was a very poorly done job by someone who thought he/she knew a lot about image editing. It does seem strange that someone who fit that profile just ended up dead in Chicago. I think that justice may have been partially served the actual forger.

I think the point was lost on the crowd that even *today* a person could go to Hawaii, fill out a form showing that their parents lived in Hawaii one year prior to their birth (show tax returns or other documentation) and get a birth certificate. Presto!
I was watching the press conference. I have to go to work now. Need to think through the implications regarding possible legitimation. This is additional proof that the record was amended/altered - because Verna Lee put a 9 on those items about Barack Obama Sr. and yet Onaka verified to Ken Bennett that they have “African” in their records now as the father’s race. So that is proof that the record is amended.
But if the only amendment made was a legitimation, the record would still be legally valid and the HDOH would be REQUIRED to verify as true the birth facts that Bennett requested to be verified - date of birth, gender, city of birth, island of birth, mother’s name, and father’s name. The only reason to refuse to verify those things - ANY of those things - is if the record is not legally valid.
And in fact if a legitimation had been done, Obama would not have been able to get a copy of a BC that still had the coding as a 9. They would have created a new birth certificate for him and the original one with the 9 coded on it would be sealed. I need to think that through and do some checking.
Like I said, I need to go to work and also need to process this in my mind, but it looks as if the original BC did not list a race for the father. I’m wondering if there is information listed for the father that was coded as having been reported. If there was, then it would indicate that there was a father listed on the BC originally.
Shoot. I need to go; my boys are breathing down my neck. Aagh.
Does Mitt’s relatives have access to it?
