When the Posse tried to talk to the State Registrar, the police were called.
At K-Hospital, they were refused looking at their birth records, even though they had a sworn officer with them. They found out about a handwritten log of the mothers who had given birth there. This book is in the Archives and should be accessable to the public. They were basically thrown out without access.
DOH—tried to talk to Onaka. They were told that Mr. Onaka does not talk to the public. “We are not the public; we are conducting an investigation.” Instead they summoned police who realized quickly that this was unnecessary and left. LOL.
AG would not verify document is the SAME as document sent to Washington, simply repeated that they sent a copy of a BC to Washington. DOH did not make a PDF of document. “Someone” created the PDF—this is fraudulent.
Zullo - LFBC can not be taken into any court because it’s been manipulated.
If this was an amended BC, then by HI law it must be stamped “amended” and at that time it loses all it’s legal authority.
If this document was altered, Hawaii would have to stamp it as altered and therefore invalid.
That document, as far we’re concerned, proves nothing.
