MOBILE, Alabama -- The fatal gun shot that cut down a single mother of two Saturday night occurred in front of her teenage daughter, family members said today.
The daughter, who asked that her name not be used, said she was standing in her front yard when her mother, Wendy Fisher, ran across the street to retrieve their dog.
Fisher yelled at a passing car to slow down because it nearly hit the pet, the daughter said. At that point a black man with short hair got out of the car, she said.
The daughter said she is not sure if he or one of the two or three other men inside the vehicle fired 3 shots. The man who exited the car was wearing blue jeans and a light T-shirt, she said.

Loks like we will have to pressure our local and state politicians to take this Black racist violence for real...there needs to be civil rights protection for whites, Asians, and others when vicitmized by Black Racist Hate Crime (look, if white people did this to blacks, it would beharged as a hate crime)
And, need to start standing up to the White Guilt Liberals in BOTH parties who refuse to address, even condone, this Black Racist violence.
I see in my own county the lynching they are trying to do to George Zimmerman for defending himself against a Black thug who was beating him...and how our GOP governor and AG supported the Black Racist witch hunt. We have to start voting these people out

That’s not a solution because the majority of our local voters look like the ones who committed the murder as do not coincidentally most of the elected officials.
The Zimmerman case is more complicated than that.
He never should have played cop.
He certainly never should have got out of his SUV.
Think about it.
You are walking down the street. A black SUB with dark tinted windows is stalking you. Suddenly a guy gets out of the SUV. What would you think? You would think bad things are about to happen. And they did.
I think it was a case of two dumb asses meeting in the dark.
Both made serious mistakes. Martin thought Zimmerman was a thug, Zimmerman thought Martin was a thug. None of which would have been if Zimmerman had not been playing cop.

Interesting. I was sure I posted it last night right before turning in, then checked this morning and could not find any evidence that I had posted it. I wonder why it would be removed?
We are in the era of the “New World Order” this is the reality of our country, don’t fool yourself, this is only going to get worse. Its going to be “kill or be killed” soon.
Sounds about right to me, but it won’t satisfy the partisans of either team, I’m afraid.
Unfortunately, it seems like 2nd Amendment preparation is increasingly mandatory in order to exercise the 1st. Damn shame.
A comment on the radio today asserted Obama’s policies and economy have set Black Americans back an economic generation. The racist zeal that’s also discharged by the Marxists, and the cooperative minions in the media, isn’t helping Blacks much either.
BTW, this stench of hatred, racism, and distrust is the work of the Left.

How do you know what martin thought? Zimmerman was doing his job as a neighborhood watch volunteer. Martin would still be alive if he had not violently attacked Zimmerman.
Neighborhood watch does not require personal confrontation.
I repeat: Zimmerman should never have got out of his SUV. Martin could not have laid a hand on him had he not got out.

Well you obviously haven’t thought about it very much. Just how many people do you go and beat up because they were watching you. There is a sign at the entrance to the community that says that you will be watched and may be asked what your business is in this complex.
Martin was in a fight club. He was a burgular with stolen merchandise that he was caught with. He beat people up for fun. He was high on Marijuana and who knows what else.
Zimmerman was doing his responsible civic duty after all the burglaries they have had in his community.
Zimmerman did NOTHING WRONG and Travon Martin was a thug wannabe. Martin got what he asked for. I wish more people were as responsible as Zimmerman watching out for burglars, perhaps there would be less of this awful crime.
One thing for sure, Martin won’t be beating up anybody else or burglarizing anybody else’s home.

Overdose of logic. What you say is true, but you’ll still get flamed for it. Outside the accepted script. Anyways, I know for a fact if I am minding my business and I notice a car following me, at night, and then the chap gets out to come and ask me questions that guy would be walking up to a gun pointed at him. I wouldn’t take the chance to find out if he wants to ask what time it is, ask for directions, ask what I am doing there, or mug me. I’d tell him to back off, and if he didn’t ...well, he should.

You couldn't be more wrong. Martin was high as a kite. Zimmerman did nothing wrong or against the law - before or after shooting Martin.
The fact that Martin was a bad guy is not the question.
The question is whether Zimmerman by his behavior caused Martin to think that he was about to be mugged or worse.
A SUV stalking him, guy gets out moving aggressively towards him.....Martin is a street guy who sees all the signs of a beat down so he goes on the offensive.
Zimmerman is not a hero. He is a guy who did a very dumb thing.
Had he stayed in the vehicle and waited for the cops none of this would have happened.
Most states make it clear that to claim self defense you must not have instigated the violence.
So the question in court will be whether Zimmerman by his behavior caused Martin to feel threatened.
