'I'm a eat you': Crazed naked man high on bath salts threatens to eat police officers as they try to

Newest 'cannibal': Karl Laventure apparently told police he wanted to eat their faces

Laventure appeared out of some woods and was seen running naked around a golf range near Atlanta, swinging a club around his head and screaming.

At first, they tried using pepper spray to stop him, but that left him undeterred.

'He didn't even wipe his eyes, he just kept them open,'

They then turned to their Tasers and though that momentarily shocked Laventure to the ground, it did not stop him.

Trouble: It took several police officers a significant amount of effort to subdue Karl Laventure when he was allegedly high on bathsalts

'We had to Tase him approximately five more times on scene to get him down. It took several officers to hold him down to get him cuffed,'

He was still talking gibberish, cussing, saying he wanted to eat us, other people

The video shows him talking about the deceased rappers Biggie and Tupac, making animal sounds, and continuing to threaten the police officers.

Strong: Police sprayed him with pepper spray and shocked him with a taser five times before they were able to get him on the ground

Interrupted: Witnesses saw a naked Laventure running around the Atlanta Golf Center on June 14 'making animal noises'

Among other things he said "I'm'a eat you. I'll eat you, I don't want to eat you but I will,"

Though they controlled him enough to force him to a nearby hospital, he attacked one of the nurses on the scene and another fight ensued.

There have been a number of 'cannibal' incidents linked to bath salts in recent weeks.

” Here’s a giveaway idea. New Orleans, circa year 2132. It’s underwater!

But it’s okay, they have a dome.

Now write the story. “

Once upon a time, there was a corrupt city in America, known as New Orleans. A dam was once built by incompetent Army Corp of Engineers, who could have done the job right in the first place, but didn’t want to spend the extra money. In 2130, the Great Flood buried the city underwater (which most Americans saw as a fitting end to New Orleans, but along came Bob......

My day needed brightening, so I took all the children who were conscious - Elen and younger - to Mass. Father Gary was late, because he was visiting a nursing home, so we all sang hymns for half an hour until he got there, and then we had Mass. Kathleen was cute for everyone, and Frank was 3.

Bill and Tom are up, now. Bill has an appointment at Central Piedmont today - his hair is perfect! - to discuss his registration for fall.

Bill and James got “Most Improved” awards (for their age groups) at the swim team party last night, and Elen got “Coach’s Award,” for having (astonishingly!) a good attitude. Maybe there’s hope for her after all. It does seem like Anoreth was improving by 14-15, after the nightmare years of 12-13.

I had to cancel my doctor’s appointment (again) today. I sent him an email asking him to change my BP meds. The ones I have are stressing me out. Not supposed to do that.

Even not eating doesn’t help. *sigh*

I finally got the new computer on Friday, so I have been downloading programs and replacing websites for the last couple of days. Slow and tedious. The keyboard has a 10-key, which I love, but it seems to shorten the space my hands have to move to hit the alpha keys. It will take a while to get used to.

Nice big screen, too...;o]

"A Shadow Over New Orleans," starring Dagon.

I'm totally seeing this. I'll sneak in a bottle of water and some apple slices in my fashionably large purse.

Tom wants to see "Abraham Lincoln, Vampire Hunter," but it's rated R, so DP or Bill will have to go with him. I liked the book, but it's not the kind of movie I'd want to see even if I didn't have a baby.
