Rasmussen: Conservative Anger Against Obamacare Hitting 'Stratospheric Levels'
Newsmax ^ | 7/2/12 | Paul Scicchitano and Kathleen Walter

Conservative interest in the presidential election hit “stratospheric levels” following last week’s Supreme Court ruling upholding Obamacare, noted pollster and author Scott Rasmussen tells Newsmax.TV.

“All that did was energize conservatives,” declared Rasmussen in an exclusive interview on Monday. “The conservative interest in the election was already much higher than that of moderates and liberals. It went up to really stratospheric levels right after the ruling. We don’t know if that will continue or if it’s just a temporary response to the news cycle.”

People ought to be boiling mad.

ObamaCare was bad enough, but now Roberts and the four liberals have held that Congress may, in direct contravention of the text of the Constitution, impose a DIRECT TAX on any group of people they don’t like, in particular, people who don’t carry health insurance.

How about a tax on people who HAVEN’T purchased government bonds in their retirement accounts? Obama could push more debt out the door.

How about a tax on people on who HAVEN’T purchased Obama’s (or is it Ayers’?) book? Surely the government has an interest in combating societal racism by seeing to it that everyone has Zero’s book.

How about a tax on people who don’t send their kids to the government schools? That should put the nail in the coffin of home-schooling.

All of these should be blatantly unconstitutional, but they’re not thanks to Roberts.

Three birds, one stone. Judge Roberts was playing chess at a high level, while Obama and the democrats, and the press, were all playing checkers, and weren't ready for the "unexpected" ruling.

If it is your opinion that giving the Federal government the power to tax whatever they want, however much they want for whatever reason they want until a more intelligent Chief Justice helps overturn said ruling is 'playing chess at a high level', then perhaps you play using only the rooks.

Did you know-— Regarding Obama Care -— this “TAX” has a provision requiring all persons have a chip implanted to make it possible to access all your medical records and history for the supposed purpose of “Health Care.” Here’s the RFID in Obama care:

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Any way that someone can do a copy n paste for the exact part that says RFID chip inserted ?
It is easy to say it now, wait until they are in the voting booth and really have to make the choice. Mitt will win in a landslide and the congress is the key.
Pray for America
I’m wondering how much effect to suppress the vote of Obama opposition this righteous ‘no Milt no way’ mantra will have.
I have not heard of such an effort being conducted by conservatives on Free Republic. Actually, I think you made it up.
>> America is dead.
It must completely suck to feel that way.
Are we cut from the same clothe of the Founders Fathers or not? A fraction of their conviction should be enough to dispel that kind of pessimism.
Demoralization is weapon of the enemy. Don’t get it, and don’t spread it!
Anger won’t change anything, only action will.
And penalties. If citizens insisted that there are penalties for these people who steal our constitutional government from us, then they may not be so eager to harm our way of life.
people may not like it but voting third party is still a complete vote for obama.
Democrats work real hard to have suckers vote for third party nobodies to dilute the conservative vote.
It works must better when the MSM is peeing in their pants with conservatives voting as a juggernaught.
" a lot of freepers will be voting their consciences too and going 3rd party."
As much as I hate to even think this, a vote for a third party will be a vote for "O-Say-Can-You-Say-SOCIALIST"
My deep seated hatred of oblabla, this administration and most politicians could not go any further without consuming me.
Anger is and insufficient word in these times. I am Seething mad from morning when I wake up until I collapse somewhere around midnight from exhaustion.
The amount of regulations and threats we have to deal with to stay in business are beyond the pale and yet more are heaped on.
I remember a much gentler time when weeks would go by and we would not hear from Washington. Things were more-or-less steady. Now there are daily proclamations that affect each of us in some new and threatening way. We are spinning out of control. Our lives are not peaceful nor our own at all anymore.
We are NOT FREE anymore.
The rooks, by themselves, won't create a situation for checkmate.
Roberts is putting the Queen in check, while rendering the rooks and bishops helpless, and the King is a couple of moves from being toppled.
Creating outrage amongst the people, while he takes the heat, is a huge risk, but, ruling on the "mandate" alone would not have been enough for people to learn the lessons that, big government is destructive government. Obama needed to go; the democrats' control of congress needed to go, and Obamacare needed to go. What needs to go, after Obama and the democrats are removed, is the big spending and the big taxing, which is more likely to occur with democrats in office. When the people are angry, they tend to remove the biggest rascals out of office. So, perhaps Roberts had that in mind when he ruled they way he did, even as he knew that he would become the biggest antihero in Supreme Court history.
I refuse to post my anger.
I refuse to show any fear.
I have no idea what the future holds.
But I do know this, my heart has filled with solemn mission at hand, when I am called I will act.
And last but not least my ears are covered from the propaganda spin of who is wrong and who is right, I already know.
Let my silence be a concern to those who deem in their minds to be my superior masters, I worship no political demigod.
And your idea of going to war is to vote for Romney. Wow.
And your idea of going to war is to let Obama win so he can have four more years as a lame duck to really work his magic.
