Florida special prosecutor Angela Corey plans to announce as early as Wednesday afternoon that she is charging neighborhood watch volunteer George Zimmerman in the shooting of Trayvon Martin, according to a law enforcement official close to the investigation.

He certainly CAN claim pure victim UNLESS he initiated physical contact.
Where is there ANY evidence that Zimmerman INITIATED physical contact?
Keep in mind that following someone, calling 911 to have the police come investigate that person, and talking to someone even in an accusatory tone do NOT amount to initiating physical contact.
So tell us, wise one, why wasn’t he charged when it happened. I guess the Sanford Police just don’t like blacks. You have absolutely no clue what happened. I hope people like you do not find their way onto the jury.

Worth noting is that Zimmerman can waive his right to a trial by jury, and request that the case be heard and decided solely by a judge.
Might be an option for his lawyers, depending on whom is chosen to adjudicate the case.

George Zimmerman is guilty of Homicide....the taking of a human life. His defense is that the homicide was justifiable because he was in fear of his life.
Were I George, I would stay away from a jury trial because of the high probably of jury nulification of that defense and a populist lynching egged on by the race baiters.....

However, just because they are idiots does not mean Zimmerman has no culpability in the situation his actions helped create. He’s likely going to face manslaughter charges and he should.
Has nothing to do with the MSM, or Obama, or Jackson, has to do with the law. No doubt its a difficult case, but its not one that is without merit. 2 fundamental facts are out there, Zimmerman killed the kid, and that would not have happened had he not decided to take matters into his own hands and escalate things.
The cops who originally wanted him charged, before anyone knew the name of the guy or his victim, yes, they were all racists and race baiters (Rolling Eyes).. Be serious will you. DA makes final call on whether to press charges, but that doesn’t mean the DA has no oversight, or cannot be overruled by others.
The DA made a bad call from the get go IMHO. Now whether this guy winds up convicted, who knows, but he should stand trial for his actions. Personally I think he will be convicted, and not because of race hustlers, but because he made a series of horrifically dumb decisions that lead to the death of another human being.
I’m curious of the ethnicity of this Angela Corey Special Prosecutor woman. He is being hailed as a tough, no nonsense career prosecutor, but they also say she was fired in Jacksonville (she says it was “political”). They have sliced and diced Zimmerman’s ethnicity and based “hate crime” allegations thereon, but it would seem that her ethnicity is also an issue (especially if she goes the “wrong” way). She looks White, but so did the Brown Zimmerman after media photoshopped it to make his Orange shirt look Pink and his face look fat and WHITE!!

Sorry, but if you think Zimmerman didn’t leave his vehicle, against better judgement, Neighborhood Watch recommended procedures and even the advice of the dispatch operator and attempted to pursue the kid, you have got a pretty damned good supplier to suspend reality so completely.
He’s on the record admitting to it.
if she packs the jury with all blacks, he’ll be convicted...if he gets a jury of his peers, all it takes if for one person to be brave....

Unfortunately agree. It is already clear to any potential juror that they must convict Zimmerman or they will be convicted by the NBPP, the MSM, and the mob. It doesn't matter what the facts may show, Zimmerman is already guilty - it is for the greater good of the Obama reelection campaign.

Your logic is horribly flawed. Are you contending that because person x initiates event A, in a series of events (A, B, C, D, E), he is ultimately responsible for event E?
If I sell a hammer to someone who lends it to a friend, and that friend uses it to bash someone’s head in am I responsible?
In the context of this case, if Zimmerman leaves his vehicle, loses Martin, and is assaulted on his way back to his truck is he responsible for Martin’s death?
Being caught in a lie like that would justify charges, otherwise I can't see it.
How do you feel about these cases? In the last one - where the white young people were tortured, raped and murdered, the blacks might get off... How does that feel to you?

On March 4, two black Kansas City, Mo., youths doused a 13-year-old boy in gasoline and set him on fire, telling him, “You get what you deserve, white boy.” Last summer, Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel ordered an emergency shutdown of the beaches in Chicago because mobs of blacks were terrorizing white families.
Several years ago, in Knoxville, Tenn., a young white couple was kidnapped by four blacks. The girl was forced to witness her boyfriend’s rape, torture and subsequent murder before she was raped, tortured and murdered. Before disposing of her body, the three men and one woman poured bleach or some other cleaning agent down her throat in an effort to destroy DNA evidence. A jury found the four guilty, and they were sentenced, but because of the judge’s drug use, a retrial is being considered.
None of those black-on-white atrocities made anywhere near the news that the Trayvon Martin case made, and it’s deliberate. Editors for the Los Angeles Times, The New York Times and the Chicago Tribune admitted to deliberately censoring information about black crime for political reasons
I wholey agree Zimmerman was under no requirement to follow the advice of the dispatcher. Never said he was legally obligated to follow their advice.
What I said was, he chose not to follow that advice, just like he chose to leave his vehicle in the first place, instead of just calling it in and waiting.
Zimmerman’s got culpability here, trying to claim otherwise is just living in denial.
Zimmerman should face manslaughter charges, and frankly, I suspect he’s going to lose. Time will tell.

1. Blown out of proportion

3. Political agenda

5. Miscarriage of justice
6. Who would want to be on the jury unless he was convinced of guilt to be empaneled.
7. Who on the jury could have a life after a finding of not guilty
8. Rodney King all over but being made a national scale topic
9. Hope this spreads and we have the war that is long overdue... terrible but necessary.

What situation did he (Zimmerman) help to create?
If you saw a suspicious person in your neighborhood and kept an eye on him is that creating a situation?
If he attacks you, have your rights to self defense somehow been negated because you were watching him?
Isn't this the Government that keeps telling us over and over, in fact it is their slogan, if you see something say something?
Or does that only appy to White, Christian, returning Military Vets?
