Mpls. Police Ponder 8 P.M. Curfew After Youth Mob AttacksThere have been six mob attacks, in all, since February. Now, police are now wondering if an 8 o’clock curfew keeping anyone 17 and under from two downtown streets will stop the violence.
Nicollet Mall is a destination for many. Outdoor patios where drinks and food are served are a draw not only to people who live here, but also tourist.
Since February, when the sun goes down, later in the evening, mobs of teens take advantage of the darkness and attack.
A video captured on 6th Street and Nicollet shows how the mob of teens viciously attacks innocent people.
Police have made four arrests, but continue to search for others. They’ve beefed up patrols and monitor video from cameras that cover the entire downtown area.

You’re correct. I do think it needs more specificity, though. I know many white teens whose parents leave much to be desired yet those teens aren’t gathering into mobs and trying to kill total strangers. There’s a pathology at work in these black mobs that seems to be fairly specific to that demographic. I have no clue what that pathology is, however.
And yet the majority population in this country keep their heads buried in the sand, their eyes averted. Keep ignoring the obvious.
For decades we’ve had huge areas of large cities that are a no-go zone. That’s not normal. That’s not how societies should operate. It’s not normal.

These are all minority thugs. Parents? If you are lucky maybe there might be one parent. And they are definitely not raising their kids to be civilized. More likely the parents are out committing crimes on their own or ripping off the taxpayers. Or trading food stamps for alcohol and drugs.

Isn’t it obvious? AG Eric Holder has demonstrated and said that he wouldn’t prosecute “his people”, and the word is out. There will be no repercussions if you happen to be one of the chosen.
And this just didn’t happen overnight, we’ve been building toward this for at least four decades now, when liberal guilt and male sensitivity became all the rage.
But for those of us who been on the receiving end of crime from young black thugs, this is all recognition of a problem that’s been festering and growing.

Actually the only way it will get taken more serious is if it is gay men getting beaten. Minnesotans need more than straight, professional,or suburbanite white people getting treated poorly to begin fueling any real outrage.
This exact thing has happened in E Block not too far away. It was supposed to be the new center of downtown life until it was taken over by black punks and it chased away my former fellow Minnesotans...now they’re left with a fairly newly developed area that has few businesses left.
Who knows...Nicollet Mall is supposed to be the showcase of downtown Minneapolis so maybe this will finally start opening some eyes to the real problems going on there.
A number of women I know still work downtown (mainly at Target) and they don’t like working until dark due to how much more seedy the area has gotten.

Consider, too, that the only place you can REALLY lock anyone up "for good" is in a GRAVE.
The Feral Thug Subculture was born of marriage between the welfare state and the black victimhood mentality. This belief system is unique to blacks because they carry a perpetual chip on their shoulder as a result of slavery. They live in the past rather than looking toward the future. The immigrant groups who started out as part of the underclass when they arrived were looking toward a better future rather than being fixated on the past, and thus were able to improve their position in American society, often within a single generation. They came prepared to work toward an improved future for themselves and their children, not sponge off the government.
Conversely, the feral subculture has an ingrained "gimme" mentality, combined with a deep-seated resentment of those who have succeeded through personal effort.
There's something wrong with a society that pays people simply for existing. Any able-bodied person who has their hand out for a welfare check should be required to produce in some way (even if just picking up garbage by the side of the road, or some other useful contribution to society). Many of these people have no idea how to work. Requiring them to produce and contribute to society in exchange for their living expenses seems like a reasonable step, and might help instill a work ethic, at least in some cases. Of course, under their chosen Obamessiah, the job opportunities for EVERYONE continue to dwindle.
