An Alabama State Supreme Court justice earlier this week agreed that findings suggesting Barack Obama presented a forged birth certificate to the nation “would raise serious questions about the [document's] authenticity” if presented as evidence in court.
Though the Alabama court denied a a petition filed by Hugh McInnish seeking to require an original copy of Obama’s birth certificate before the sitting president would be allowed on the state’s ballot in November, Justice Tom Parker filed a special, unpublished concurrence in the case arguing that McInnish’s charges of “forgery” were legitimate cause for concern. the birth certificate gives you TWO of the THREE pieces needed to establish whether or not someone is a natural born citizen
the birth certificate provides:
1. place of birth
2. date of birth
this establishes age along with being born on the soil. the final piece needed is:
3. citizenship of BOTH parents at the time of birth
without #3... any anchor baby could qualify to be president with two mexican parents.
the term ‘natural born citizen’ was well established and recognized around the world at the time of the founders and to today.
if some drooling idiot doesn’t think #3 is required, point them towards the supreme court ruling of minor v happersett in 1874.

Yes, and there appears to be a significant number of people whose biggest motivation is to have people in power who will stick it to the people they resent. Not only would these voters not care about the citizenship and eligibility of the President, they would actively assist in hiding the truth from the American public if they could. Their motivations are personal, and born of resentment, not patriotism. The bottom line is that a fair number of Americans dislike America.
Good example you have there. With this birth certificate (it shows the birthplace of the parents) it shows only one U.S.-born parent. The other is foreign-born, so we don’t have conclusive evidence of her U.S. citizenship at the time of this child’s birth.

2. Why did President Obama order a long form in 2011?
3. What happened to the birth certificate that Obama talked about in one of his books? He wrote that when he was a youngster, he accidentally found his birth certificate along with his school shot documents.
4. Did Obama simply lose his original birth certificate like many of us do?
5. Did the dog eat it?
6. Was his original birth certificate in so bad shape that Obama felt that it was time to get another one?
7. Why did Obama order a short form in 2007, when, at the time, he could easily order a long form?
8. If Obama ordered a long form in 2011 because he lost the one he had, then I wonder how many years passed between the time he lost his long birth certificate and the time he ordered one in 2011.
9. Reporters: Is there a reporter who will have the courage to simply ask candidate Obama why he ordered a short form in 2007 and a long form in 2011? I hope there is.

I have some questions about this Coats 1962 long form birth certificate:
1. Lee, the registrar signature: Why is Lee's signature on the Coats' long form and on Obama's long form, but it is not on the Nordyke Aug. 1961 long form from the same hospital?
2. In 1961, was Lee the registrar assigned to Coats' hospital as well as Obama's Kapiolani Hospital?
3. My point is this: We need to look at other long form birth certificates from Kapiolani Hospital from 1961 to make sure that Obama's long form is not the ONLY one from Aug. 1961 that has Lee's signature, while all the others from Aug. 1961 have another registrar's signature.
4. Problem: If Obama's long form is the only one that has Lee's signature in 1961 from Kapiolani Hospital while the others from the same hospital have someone else's signature, then I think Obama has a serious problem and some explaining to do.
5. Maria Coats signature compared to Stanley's signature: Look how Coats signature is on the line, while Stanley's signature does not touch the line. Why is that?
6. World Net Daily: In an article at World Net Daily, a computer expert wrote that it was humanely impossible for a person to write his name along that line like Stanley did and not touch the line .
7. In fact, the computer expert wrote that Stanley's signature was perfectly aligned along the line, and it missed touching the line exactly one pixel along the entire length of the signature, which, according to the expert, only a computer could do so perfectly.
8. Again, if Lee's signature is only on Obama's long form from Kapiolani Hospital and not on others from the same hospital and from the same 1961 year---NOTE: we know that Lee's signature is legitimate because we have his signature on the long form birth certificate of Maria Coats from another hospital in 1962--- then I say that Obama has a lot of explaining to do.

Not terribly important but for the record, I just checked back a year ago and someone had found that the initials are really VKL Lee. V for Verna. Written quickly the V looks like U.

This is mirse. My theory above is wrong, because I just saw a Kapiolani birth certificate dated Aug. 23,1961 with V.R. Lee's signature.
I saw it in a 2011 article Corsi wrote at World Net Daily. The Lee signature on the certificate in the World Net Daily article is blanked out, but I saw the same certificate with the Lee signature visible at another site.
My point is this: Contrary to what I was thinking, there is indeed evidence that V. Lee also signed other certificates at Kapiolani hospital in Aug. 1961 just like she signed Obama's long form certificate in Aug. 1961.
So my theory is wrong. That is, I had theorized that if Lee signed ONLY Obama's certificate at Kapiolani Hospital in Aug. 1961 and no other ones, then it would prove that Obama's long form certificate was a fake.
But because I have found another legitimate Aug.1961 certificate on the internet from Kapiolani Hospital with Lee's signature on it just like it is on Obama's Aug. 1961 certificate, I must admit that my theory---that Lee could not have signed Obama's certificate in Aug. 1961--- has been proven wrong. Sorry.

I am not saying these were cases won or lost, just that the birth certificate matter has been in courts a few times. It is not exactly new news.
