Another Newt Gingrich 'comeback' on the horizon?
Fox News ^ | 2/15/2012 | Greta Van Sustern

GINGRICH: No. It just means that we're going to have to pick up all those delegates in late May, just before the California primary, when we hope to pick up more delegates out here.

That still means that on super-Tuesday, we're looking at Georgia, Tennessee, Oklahoma, we're looking at Ohio. It means the week after super- Tuesday, we're looking at Alabama and Mississippi.

Now, we have hopes that we're going to keep picking up delegates everywhere and continue. This race is going on for a long time, I think. And what Texas moving back means, combined with California being in early June, the two biggest states in the country aren't going to be deciding and may well be the two states that decide who the nominee is.

VAN SUSTEREN: As a practical matter, though, if you could pick up Texas early on, it would be -- it certainly would be a -- you know, good for donors. I mean, it'd be sort of a good incentive to get donors to pay into your campaign if you picked up 155 delegates

I think we need Newt to get us out of this mess. I’m with him 100% and sure would like to see a Newt/Perry ticket.

Newt was Tea Party before the Tea Party was hot! Taken on 4/15/1994; House Minority Whip Gingrich with congressional candidate Dr Brenda Fitzgerald (GA) throwing mock tea crates into the Chattahoochee Riv.

Newt/Palin is what I’d like to see. Reagan made the mistake of picking a RINO VP. If it’s Newt/Palin I believe it is the beginning of 16 year Republican rule of the White House.

Fairly recently the DNC put out an ad that’s on You Tube titled “Newt Gingrich the Original Tea Partier” their attack ad shows how far out of touch they are, it did show that Newt has supported Conservative and Tea Party principles for years before the modern day Tea Party. To Conservatives the ad comes off as very pro Gingrich.

Aping Rush Limbaugh’s ‘Operation Chaos,’ Daily Kos Announces ‘Operation Hilarity’ to Vote for Santorum
By Tim Graham | February 16, 2012 | 08:30

Please revisit all the liberals who called Rush Limbaugh’s “Operation Chaos” effort urging conservatives to vote for Hillary Clinton “undemocratic” and worse. Because Daily Kos blog boss Markos Moulitsas announced on Wednesday “Operation Hilarity,” urging liberals to turn out and vote for Rick Santorum to “keep the GOP clown show going!”

Newt is a come from behind guy. They counted him out before cain, perry, palin, etc. Santorum I;m not sold on yet but he’s is far better than Romney. Well, a blob of spit is better than Romney.

Newt/Perry - a ticket I would love, but has the problem of two white southern state guys.

Newt/Santorum - blocks the perceived social conservative hole for Newt and the gravitas problem of Santorum.

Newt/Palin - hey, a guy can dream, right?

I hope so, he’s the only candidate who’s at least reasonably conservative on all 3 “legs of the stool.”

Mitt is liberal on social issues.
Santorum is liberal on economic issues.
Paul is liberal on foreign policy/defense.

Newt’s imperfect, but at least he’s one of us.

Let’s do it, Newt! I’m ready for the next debate. Slice and dice, baby-—with a smile.

How is Newt going to come back if no one debates him?

CNN just cancelled the March 1st debate because Romney, Santorum, and Paul declined to debate. Actually pretty smart and politically astute.

I like Newt, but I don’t like his constant whining and general grumpiness. We already got a president who blames everybody else. Won’t take much for me to move on to Santorum. I’m pretty much there already.
