No, they are not. Palestine is a corruption of the word Philistine, but the "Palestinians" are Arabs who came to the region long after the Philistines were gone. They are not decendants of the ancient Philistines.

Actual ownership of the land would be the Lord of Hosts the
Creator of Heaven and earth. IMO He transferred land rights to the seed of Abraham.And the Philistines lost ownership rights by the law of conquest first to ancient Israel—later to Rome.And ownership has been in dispute ever since-so far as mortals are concerned.
