A lot of people here “know” the media fabricated this entire scandal.
In reality, it looks like Cain liked to try and trade sexual favors for jobs. He held powerful positions and the behavior of powerful people usually abuse those under them. Just because Cain wins the Chosen Republican Candidate of the Month award doesn’t absolve him from (what appears to be) a pattern of abuse towards subordinate women.
Call this woman a liar, and the next and the next and the next. But at some point you have to accept the man has a tainted history.
I predict he drops out under a barrage of accusations sometime between Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Ergo, yes, it does absolve him. His “crimes” didn’t include 1) killing a woman whilst drunk, 2) leaving the scene of the accident, 3) lying about it, 4) using some of the Felon Father’s millions to cover it up, 5) getting a Lewinski in the White House, 6) committing perjury to cover it up, 7) getting impeached, 8) covering up a real rape with an associated close to $1M payoff...etc, etc./
