Occupy Denver: photo essay - Banks Stole My Soul!
El Marco Looking at the Left ^ | Nov 2, 2011 | El Marco

New photo essay on Occupy Denver takes a close look at the leftist lawfare campaign of uncivil agitation as it unfolded in Denver last week. Denver, like other cities that have Occupy manifestations, is faced by a core of protesters from anarchist groups, labor unions, and communist organizations, often obscuring their affiliations, mixed in with a mishmash of confused students, concerned citizen activists, children, and all sorts of evil clowns.

A bank could only steal his soul because he had used it for collateral.

Huh? Isn’t it November in Denver? Aren’t the highs in the 30s this week? Wasn’t there snow earlier this week? I’m not understanding these photos — shorts, trees in full bloom, etc. Were these photos taken this week, or earlier this year?

Denver has crazy weather. The photos were taken on Oct. 22 and Oct. 29, and both Saturdays were pretty warm. It is not unusual to have a 60° day here in February, or snow in mid October. As they say, if you don’t like the weather, just wait ten minutes and it’ll change.

Quite obviously, you know as much about the weather in Denver as you do Scripture and the history of Christianity.

RM — is this “making it personal”?

FYI, AA, I checked the weather before I submitted that comment. My estimates — in the 30s — is accurate.

Oh, and I lived in Colorado for 5 years.

Why the out-of-the-blue insult? Are you Roman Catholic? If so, that explains the vitriol.

A.A. Cunningham — looks like you’re free to be rude if you’d like to be. I’ve come to expect such ad hominem attacks from Roman Catholics like yourself, who look for every reason to ridicule those who follow Christ outside of your denomination.
