Morning all, didn't see a thread for today so I created one.
They legally can’t say it was premeditated—no proof.....I think it was an accident myself. She tied the kid up and put in the trunk....but didn’t expect her to die.... my opinion...
Thank God this diversion and total crap show is done! I don’t even know or care what the verdict is.
OJ I knew he was going to walk..because the case was turned into a circus, not about the victims, it turned into a race case so I knew after 3 hours he was going to walk..the Alan Park limo driver testimony that they requested was just a way for them to pretend that they gave a damn about the evidence
This is NOT good for Casey. Some form of guilt, I would assume. I’ll be surprised if it’s death penalty, and at that she’s lucky not to get that, tho I think life in prison without parole, or any long term sentence, would be worse for her.
And if she got out..she’d be preggers within a few days...
That was jury nullification, we don’t have that here at all.

That is what went through my mind too. But, the suspects, victims and circumstances are so different, I hope it is the opposite result.

OMG - I am almost shaking- it’s ridiculous (smack myself upside the head).
Various pundits saying the jury came in looking “together” this morning- dressed up (heels for women normally in sneakers) and relaxed.
40 minutes.
I feel 1st degree.It was predmeditated.

Doubt it. They probably just started polling at the least and went up until they stopped getting a unanimous. Then said OK lets get out of here and let the judge figure it out.
So now will they do this, will they announce the verdict they have reached or will they go down each count..like lets say they have convicted her of 2nd degree murder..will they first read the 1st degree murder charge, say not guilty and move on to the 2nd one..how does it work?
BIG QUESTION: how does Casey's momma react..
If they did it in 5 mins, it would show they didn't deliberate properly. It makes me wonder if they're going for the death penalty since they took so long. It's easy for us to say "guilty!" but when you truly have someone's life in your hands....
I am fine with that, let her rot in jail..she seems to enjoy it there anyway

I think she deserves death..if she didn’t want the kid..hundreds of couples would happily have taken her, and even made it financially attractive for her..and I’m glad Florida has the death penalty, and it doesn’t take decades to execute them..but I think LWOP would be far worse for her...
If Casey Anthony gets away with murder, she’ll do it again.
If it’s 1st degree murder, the penalty phase will start on Thursday. Anything less, about a week.
I’m here, and I can’t wait to see the reaction from Casey Anthony when she is convicted. Next I want to see the look on the smug face of Baez.

I haven’t seen Wendy Murphy on TV for years. I just remember her from when I used to watch Nancy Grace several years ago. But, I was shocked at what she said Sat. night. She did mention child pornography in conjunction with “mob” as I remember. I switched stations about that time.

The ‘experts’ on her mental stability and/or problems are definately wrong, IMO. I don’t think her dad or brother molested her. They were probably afraid of the little slut.

The jury knew last night what their verdict was because they all knew to dress up today for the cameras. did you see all of the police officers involved entered the courtroom?
