Morning all, didn't see a thread for today so I created one.
The duct tape evidence presented in the trial, and what the jury believes about it, is the most important piece of this case, IMO.

Girls are faster then boys when it comes to speaking. My girls were also speaking at age two very smart and very aware of what was going on especially my first born. My second daughter was a cry baby she could not express herself so she just cried more.

Yeah I think juror #4 and #5 were able to finally judge something LOL..I hope its 1st degree murder..the only difference between 1st and 2nd degree is the death penalty, either way she serves life in prison..I never thought she would get death anyway
Agreed. I served on a jury, The amount of time they took was to go through each charge and vote. An hour for each one plus breaks. That’s all the time it took.

Low murder or high manslaughter. They want to go home.
They could have decided in that amount of time, but there’s a lot of paperwork that goes into voting and making the decision official. That’s what took the extra time.
They should send the entire family to prison.

But yes, there is no way on this earth, or in Heaven, or Hell that I would allow anyone say that I killed my beloved daughter, just no way.
There is nothing the prosecutor can say, nothing he can make me look like, no way to paint me as anything than to stand there and let someone say I did this.
I’d sooner take my own life than let that stand without speaking against it.

I have no idea exactly how that poor baby died. But it is clear that Casey is a clinical psychopath who is directly responsible for her death and who has no sense of empathy or remorse for her actions.

The Anthony family certainly is dysfunctional, which the lawyers tried to twist into “reasonable doubt” - but it is dysfunctional mostly because Casey is a clinical psychopath who lays waste to anything and everything around her for her own pleasure. Chilling.
Don’t you think those who use the “judge not” are usually pretty religious folks but once presented with something like this case, they realize the RIGHT thing to do is follow the other words from the Bible “thou shall not kill”?
