No, I don’t. His attorney intimated that Lee could be charged with obstruction. There is speculation that he tried to wipe the hard drive of a laptop and/or that he did something with the gas cans and duct tape.

I saw her on TV. Her son supposedly told her he knocked up a girl named Casey in Florida who’s father used to be a cop. This is when Casey was pregnant...2004 to 2005.
In June of 2008 Caylee disappeared and it was on TV daily since July of 2008. Yet nothing was heard from this woman.
Her son died on October 27, 2007. If she didn’t care before he died why does she now?
We didn’t hear from her for 7 years after she knew about her son getting some girl in Florida pregnant. Relatives have said her son never went to Florida much outside of Disney World when he was a little boy. They aren’t backing her stories about his truck driving, etc. The woman lacks credibility.
Sure, Lots of people dye their hair, grow a beard, put on a disguise, grab $10,000 cash and get caught trying to cross the border into Mexico right when their murdered wife’s body is found floating in the bay.
Of course she did it. She is the only one who knew what happened to Caylee and all her lies bought her time. The discovery of the body should have sealed her fate.
I read their brief bio’s on WFTV’s web site. Yikes! The State should have hired a jury consultant, too.
This wasn't hard, it was easy. Our American has gotten stupid and lazy. People are no longer able to make logical connections, use deductive reasoning, and evaluate circumstancial and direct evidence. Baez prayed that the jury not be "emotional."
He is damn lucky they were.
I would like every last person who helped that murderess cover up what she did is punished. That includes her mother, her brother, and if her father helped too, him as well. Her shyster...er, attorney likely knew all along where that child was, and I wish there were some way he, too, could be punished.
Its really sad about Ashton but who can blame him..after hearing what the alternate juror said on Fox News he probably thought to himself “What’s the point of all of this” he put everything into this case, they had all the proof they needed yet you have 12 idiots who refused to see the truth..yes REFUSED to see the truth..so he is making the right choice. I feel bad for both Jeff Ashton and Linda Drane-Burdick..both are class acts and great lawyers I wish them both well.
Casey Jordan said it best today, she said that common sense died a long time ago, now its not so common anymore for people to have common sense, not in this day and age with CSI Miami and those other crime dramas, people want videotape evidence to convict someone, without that guilty people will continue to walk

My opinion is that both mom and dad know everything about Casey’s killing of Caylee. Her dad was a tough disciplinarian and a former cop and probably got her to confess; along with the promise that he’d take her confession to the grave. He prayed that his daughter wouldn’t be condemned to death, but knew that she was guilty as hell.
My two cents.

I' ve been called for jury duty 6 or 7 times in both federal and state court. Every time I am summarily dismissed by the defense. Why? Because they don't like older white men with conservative views, they love liberals with bleeding hearts and minorities in my experience.
Now I know this is anecdotal since I've only been involved 7 times but that is my experience and the experience of others I've talked to while sitting in the courtroom waiting to be dismissed.
How could this woman not be guilty of aggravated child abuse when she failed to report a missing two year old for a month? Disgusting.
Thanks for the tip. I don’t even know who she is. Suspicions are one thing but she says Lee Anthony testified that Caylee was killed to teach Casey a lesson. I’d like to know if he really did say that and if so when. I’ve never heard it.
Feminists have done their job well and too many other women tend to believe the nonsense that women never do anything bad. That there is always some big bad man to be blamed for what poor little women do.
As for a lot of men who back women like Casey and that blond teacher too beautiful to go to jail...they just would like to sleep with a sexually forward woman like that and fear that imprisoning one might start a trend.

I thought that was what was so sad about him retiring—it just speaks volumes about what our justice system is becoming.
